The gentleman that checked me in is sooo sweet! He was very personable and when I brought the luggage cart back, he came and got it from me to put away. I walk with a cane and he didn't want me to have to walk all that way! He also brought me a couple of coffee filters when I explained that we forgot to pack some!!

Everything was great. The only thing we did not like was the smell in the room. When we got home I could still smell it on all my clothes in the suitcase.

This was a beautiful place to stay that close by a lot of areas. The staff was so friendly, and very helpful. The facility was super clean and the surrounding area was nice. We will definitely return and utilize these hotels in the future.

The property was fine. My problem was that Expedia had canceled my reservation. Fortunately, the person taking care of me was knowledgeable and helpful, getting my reservation activated again, with additional effort from me.

I was told they don’t usually rent to people who live local. And then I was questioned about why I was staying since I live local to the hotel. Was I having a party? Was I renting it for my kids? It seemed inappropriate.

Rooms was nice , elevator needs a lot of updating . We just had a snowstorm in the area and parking lots have not been plowed so they are covered in snow . Staff at front desk was very nice upon checkin .

Thank you for your review! We did a a major snow storm and the plow trucks will not come until blowing snow and wind calm down. I can assure you they did plow twice each day and salted twice each day. They did a great job at Hyatt and our hotel for how severe it was.

nicely appointed
this is a nicely appointed and well maintained property. Staff was courteous and responsive. Bed was comfortable and the property was nice and quiet. Rates were reasonable for what you receive. The area has a ton of options for food and shopping. transportation is good - it's directly off the tollway. I would definitely come back when in the area.

First off they gave me a dirty room everything was on the dresser no linens on bed window wide open without a screen elevator horrible stink ice machine don’t work and they have connected rooms which the doors a sealed close and they won’t allow the rooms to connect but I paid for connecting rooms

Ice machines are located on every floor so there is always plenty of ice, I had maintenanace check them and they are working fine so I am not sure of the issue with the one you tried.
