Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, alles Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und der Ausblick bei uns (24. Stock) war toll! Das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe, ist, dass die Zimmerreinigung nicht einmal Staub gewischt hat, was man bei 8 Nächten schon deutlich sieht. Die Flächen im Bad wurden auch nicht geputzt…

Breakfast was wonderful- try the lemon ricotta pancakes! It was extremely loud when from street noise when the windows were open but they are pretty sound proof when closed! A great stay, and wonderful room.

I want to give this a higher rating, but there were a number of “minor inconveniences” that insure we won’t stay here again. Good: First, the door staff! They were fast & very friendly. We were there 3 nights & they knew us going in and out of the hotel by day 2. 2. The room was well-laid out. We had a junior suite & other than the bed not actually being a sofa-bed in the traditional sense (it didn’t fold out but removing the back cushions made it comfy for our college-aged child), the room was great. Bathroom was big & had an actual shelf across the back of the tub for shower essentials. What we didn’t love: 1. The restaurant & bar. While it looked pretty from the outside, we were never able to go because of the limited hours. There were a few times we would have liked to go down for a mid-afternoon snack or a drink before we went to dinner & it was closed from 2-5, then again after a evening out, a drink at the bar would have been nice back at the hotel, but it closed at 9 or 10 every night. 2. They were having system issues on a busy Easter weekend & EVERY time we went to our room, we had to go back down to the desk for another round of keys. We expected it after the first night, but then were told the keys would be good through the rest of our stay. They were not & we ended up with 3 sets of keys over 3 nights. The hotel is nice & in a good location, but we will stay somewhere else on future visits with our college student that better meets our needs.

This hotel was wonderfully accommodating and great for a small family. We had a spectacular view of Michigan Avenue from our room. All staff, from the moment you enter to when you check out, were extremely courteous and pleasant to interact with. The whole hotel and room were very clean - and even the shower pressure was great! My only complaint was the proximity of the hotel to a nearby hospital, so we heard ambulances a lot - but it wasn't anything that some earplugs couldn't drown out. Would definitely stay at the Omni again!!!

This was my family and I first trip to Chicago. The Omni Hotel was such a beautiful safe place to stay. The staff were so nice and pleasant. The system was down we had a late check in because it was a small mix up with the rooms, but they corrected it. Breakfast was amazing we all loved the 676 Restaurant/Bar. We will be back to stay here again.

Not the ideal stay for a family trip. Mini fridge provided, but doesnt get cold enough. You can request a microwave in room if needed. Though that was weird. Valet parking is $76 per night. And its designed to where you have to get it. Other parking is 2 blocks away. It was an ok stay. Probably wouldnt stay at Omni again..

The Staff and service was impressive, what i didnt like the lamps didnt work and the safe got jammed. Other than that the stay was great. Oh, let me say the lamps that were broken they the staff fixed them pronto.

Everything was fantastic with our trip and our stay at the Omni. The one thing that was a negative was the 45 minute wait in the elevator. 7w got stuck between the 15th &16th floor and we had to wait in there for 45 minutes before having to crawl out on a ladder. The a Omni tried to make things right with us for our stay. But it is one of those things that will just stick with you.

The valet who checked us in was so friendly. Dena at the restaurant was great and we really enjoyed talking to her! The bellhop with the curly mustache made us feel at home. He took our picture for us, made us laugh, talked with our daughter, and just really us feel welcome and special!

Dena at the 676 Restaurant was amazing and went above and beyond. Mark, the bellhop, was friendly, professional and also went above and beyond to ensure my Fiancé and I had our luggage. Arturo at the check-in counter was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He made our welcome to the Omni memorable. We will definitely book here again.
