Expedia does list the information in question: the following is directly from Expedia website"The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation2 children, per adult, up to the age of 12 years, can stay for free if using existing beds when occupying the parent or guardian's room. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. All of which may be found under hotel policies. Perhaps you missed this information. If you had issues with the TV all you had to do was call the front desk so that we have the opportunity to fix it. The entire hotel was recently renovated with new furniture bedding and 50" Flat Screen TVs all this was done to provide a better stay for our guests.
