I stayed at this property because the location was perfect for the conferences that I needed to host. The first night there was no water, the second night there was no hot water at all. I also was placed a room that was different from what I paid for. I need a room with a desk for work however, I was placed in just a standard king room. I called down to the office and requested a different room but was told that they didn’t have any other rooms available. I also tried to speak with the manager however there was never a manager at the location and he never called back to help with the inconvenience I was having during my stay.

Room was musty and smelled of chlorox or mold. Could not sleep. Clothes smelled after just one night. I was suppose to stay for 6 days but checked out after one nught.

I called days in advance asking if I could check-in early at 9am and I was told I can. When I arrived, they told me I couldn't check in until 3pm even though I was told otherwise, and I had heavy luggage to carry around in the cold. Ended up NOT staying here and went to the Wyndham next door.

Rooms are great and comfortable. Check in and out was quick. Decent wifi quality. Some stairs and walkways were iced up and I slipped and fell.
