If you just want a place to crash after Six Flags
We picked it because it was close to Six Flags and we didnt want to have to drive home 3 hours that night. Check in was easy, we wanted take out and staff gave us tons of menus. We picked the Indian place next door, it was Ok. The rooms are dated, mostly clean, other than that wet carpet spot I stepped in, which was the fridge defrosting as it was unplugged. (God please be the fridge defrosting). Bed was comfy, TV not bad.

Run down and dingy. Sheets didn't smell clean. Lobby smells like cigarette smoke. They did have oatmeal for breakfast, which on a cold and snowy day was very welcome. So thank you for that Days Inn!

i like this hotel. I have stayed there multiple times. Good beds, good service, and good price. I was allowed to check in early.

The smell of spoke throughout the hotel was terrible, the room was very uncomfortable and bathroom was very small.

Checking in
When we arrived at the Hotel to check in, there was a group ahead of us. The rooms had been overbooked and it took awhile for them to get the rooms they needed. I had booked one room with two queen beds, which they didn't have because of being overbooked. We had three adults and two children. We were given two rooms with king beds for the same price as the one I had booked. It worked out fine and we all had a good nights sleep.

Real simple to find, just off exit # 5 MATP. EZ to get to Springfield, Airbase, and surrounding area.

Convenient spot and restful atmosphere
Convenient. We got there at 9 pm and were gone by 9 am. People were exceptionally friendly and the bed was comfortable. Heatling/Cooling system was less noisy than other places, and our room was otherwise very quiet. Breakfast buffet was great and had omlets so you weren't in a position to starting your day Carb laden. Coffee and tea were plentiful (I wouldn't bother with the room setup) Only suggestion would be the walls and bathroom cabinets showed a bit of their age, so perhaps a little sanding and paint would be in order. We would certainly stay there again.

wonderful staff, but hotel not so
The staft the reception desk were very courteous. Also the lady in charge of the breakfast area was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, but the room felt dirty and in need of repairs. The tub was stained and the carpet was dirty. The room faced highway 90 and it was very noisy due to the traffic. Again, this hotel has excellent staff, but it needs to be remodeled and cleaned to make the price worth paying.

Friendly service, quick check in and out. Room had trash under the bed from previous people. Shower was freezing cold in the morning. Smell of cigarette smoke in my hallway was terrible.

the rooms are updated and clean.
the rooms are updated and clean. The breakfast was decent, the coffee fresh, and overall was decent. The only complaint I have is the WIFI didn't work.

wouldn't even take a shower there
The lobby was nice and updated but rooms were out dated. Bathrooms were the worst.

Clean middle of road facility.
Emergency overnight stop for car repair. Walking distance to restaurants, mediocre breakfast, noisy heat/AC. Poor internet connection and twice had to have electronic door keys reprogrammed.

Won't ever stay there again .
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty, the shower pole was falling off, there's holes in the bathtub that of been patched, Room cleaning made the bed and took out the trash in the trashcan anything else was left.

Worst Days Inn Ever
We were only in town for one night for the Big E. You can usually count on a Days Inn to be at least decent-this one was just horrible! The entire place smelled like stale smoke, our carpet looked like it was 30 years old-same for the furniture. At least the bed was comfortable. Would never go back.

Disappointing Stay
On the surface, the hotel looks clean and tidy. But, we found that on the first day we were there, the toilet was slow to flush. The following morning, it was overflowing. The beds were not comfortable. There were no towels in the fitness room. Additionally, there were no disposable cups for the water cooler in the fitness center. At 8:30 AM, there was no regular coffee ready. And there was no batter for waffles. The hotel was booked solid. The staff should have been more on top of the needs of the guests.

This hotel was a hell hole
Checked in and hotel room was in the dark! No lights. Many other families were too and everyone was complaining to 1 guy. They have 1 guy watching over the whole hotel. It was dirty and I would never stay at this hotel again. Never a Days Inn. I checked out 2 days early and checked into the Hilton next door!

convenient, but not updated
the room was not designated smoking or non smoking, there were stains on the rug, bathroom floor looked as if it wasnt cleaned. the bathroom was sooooo small the door just about cleared the toilet. no room to get in and out of one of the beds (too close to the wall).

Yuck.
Place was dirty, layers of dust in the room, smelled awful (some scent to cover something else up that didn't mix well), hallways smelled of smoke, bathtub bottom was stained with dirt (or maybe it was just dirt, I refused to use it). Needs some serious cleaning and improvements. The staff were too busy in their own world and making themselves waffles to be of much help. The floors aren't level, be ready for weird ramps and steps. Very strange! I don't have high expectations when staying at a Days Inn, but this place was especially awful.

Would not have stayed if our fee we had payed online was refundable. Didn't expect such poor quality from a national chain. Needs major overhaul. Warped plywood on door and vanity in bathroom, exhaust fan caked w crud, stained and cracks in tub and sink, wall paper literally hanging from the wall.

Decent hotel
We only stayed one night so it was fine. It is close to Six Flags which was all we needed. The staff was not friendly and at breakfast when we asked for a spoon to eat cereal the staff couldn't seem to find any more. The Walmart is across the street which was super convenient and we completed school supply shopping after checking out. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and a little musty but the room did not. Probably would not stay there again but if you are looking for a one night stop it will due.

Our room was too small, the furniture was extremely outdated. Housekeeping was lacking, there were other guess toys left behind. Our found extra toys when his fell under the bed. Our room was not vacuum, the snack which accidental spilled on the floor was still there when we returned to the room. Breakfast lack choices.

Great hotel with an amazing staff and great room for the price. It can get loud outside sometimes due to the nearby road but that wasn't a big problem for us.

The hotel smelled dingy - the lobby and breakfast area smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was non-smoking and smelled ok - until we turned on the fan - then the smell filtered into the room.

You get what you pay for.
It was a good stay. The price was right and the room decent. The location is excellent for people traveling and I actually was able to get a long run in into chicopee which was beautiful. They were also very accommodating to my dog. I would consider staying here again.

Keep Looking
Worst hotel I have stayed in since I was young and broke. And not like it was cheap - I think we paid like $125 for 1 night. It was old and run down. The outside was acceptable but the rooms are terrible. The kind of place you don't walk around barefoot in your room. Wish when we saw the room we should have checked out and gone somewhere else. There was a billboard for Motel 6 you could see from the room that said "Far Better, Close By". Beautiful marketing there Motel 6 - kudos to you. Breakfast was equally terrible. Pretty much stale toast, oatmeal and cereal. No meats, no fruits, no muffins and really synthetic looking eggs. The only 2 good things were that the bed was very comfortable and they had make-you-own waffles. I would have rather slept in my car.

Expensive for the value of the hotel. Small, cramped, and very outdated rooms. My family of 3 had to share a tiny sink and hardly had room to close the bathroom door. Beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were old and outdated. Breakfast was just ok, oatmeal runny, and lady got aggravated when we asked for more waffle batter when the container ran out. The only plus was the hotel desk staff...super friendly and nice. Hotel needs a good overhaul.

Old-time drive-up motel with new face. Avoid.
Room was clean but size of postage stamp. There was only minimal clearance around the bed, night table only on one side. There was not even a closet. Air conditioner rumbled loudly. Bathroom fan equally disturbing. All bad but worst was that toilet would not flush. Manager very politely offered me a plunger. I fixed it, but every time we used it I needed the plunger again. Hotel full so room switch not possible. Manager very apologetic. Nice enough people, but room was way overpriced for these accommodations, beyond absurd. They gave me a partial credit for the toilet inconvenience. This hotel is an old "drive up" motel that has been repainted and given a new lobby up front. You can see the bricked up former doors of each room. There are little TVs in the rooms, there is a standard free breakfast in the lobby with coffee/tea, toast, oatmeal, yogurt. The management is polite but there are many many other places to stay.

After the Brimfield Show.................
Walking around the Antique fields for HOURS- finding treasures - and lugging them back to the van--- after that we just want a hot shower , some good food ( after eating out of a cooler all day ) and a good bed

Great Night Sleep.
Comfortable bed. Clean budget hotel room. Breakfast is filling and there is plenty of seating. Heavy smell of cigarettes in halls and rooms even though rooms are posted non smoking.

A so-so stay.
The bed was very comfortable. Slept like a baby. The cigarette smells outside the room was awful. The breakfast was not very good. Too much cheese in eggs, watery, mushy oatmeal. Waffle was great. The gal that ran the breakfast was very, very friendly.
