We had to fiddle with the shower a lot to get hot water. My son ended up taking a cold shower because we couldn’t get the hot water to come out. Mattress were very uncomfortable.

This has to rank among the worst 10 hotels I have stsyed at ever in the USA! It was unclean, noisy, had 1 paper-thin, uncomfortable blanket - with a sheet. The heater was difficult to set properly. There was a bare drywall patch with door knob hole in the wall perpindicular to the door. And I ran out of hot water 3-4 minutes into my shower. The only reasonable part of the room, not good - but typical, was the breakfast.

The room (102) was very clean, which was the most important thing to me, but everything seemed to need maintenance. The door lock was damaged so the door would not lock. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot, with no middle adjustment. If you moved the faucet even a hair off scalding hot, the water suddenly became ice cold! The UBS ports on the bedside table are dead. The heat/air thermostat was not functioning. The only choice, if you did not want to be baked alive by the heat, was to turn the unit off completely.

Has gone downhill!
We were very disappointed. We have stayed at this hotel before and thought it was OK, but this time it was much worse. We booked through hotels.com and when we got there they told us that price was for a smoking room, which I could not find anywhere on our paperwork. Of course, the room reeked, the safety lock on the door only had one screw left so it was just hanging. The breakfast was not good, the juice machine was broken so sometimes they had a pitcher of orange juice and sometimes not. We can't recommend this hotel anymore and will not stay there the next time we make this trip to see family

My group enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially the mini Belgian waffle maker. Our room door was hard to open and close as lock needed adjusting. Ceiling tile above the shower was badly stained. Hotel clerk knew nothing about restaurants in the area.

Bed was extremely firm!! We couldn’t control the heat. We had it in the lowest temperature but it was still too hot. I was glad to see no carpet in the room but the floor felt dirty.

Stinky room - mold
The room had an odd smell that made my friend's eyes red and puffy. There was visible mold/mildew around the tub faucet and along the floor/tub area. There must be moisture under the tub that is causing that awful smell. We stayed the night, but left a lot earlier than planned just to get out.

I wish it would of had hand rails in the bathroom by the toilet and in the bathtub. But other than that it was ok. I wouldn't stay there again.

Ok hotel could use so upgrading,out of Kleenex and ask for some they said didn’t have any? Breakfast was okay did have variety.

Very Nice economy hotel. No Elevator! Nice carpet, mostly updated, clean, quiet. Very hard bed, think sheets. Easy to find, close to town.
