We have never, ever been checked into a hotel room so discustently dirty and falling apart. We are seniors and have been in many hotel rooms. Everything was broken down, repairs had been done improperly. The door to our room had been cut short and was 11/2 inches short of the floor so the hall light shone in. The fire exit doors at the end of the hallway did not shut so it was open all night and was noisy. The floor had been vacuumed in the center of the room only. Cracker crumbs were beside the bed when we arrived as it had not been vacuumed and stayed there for the 2 days. The gym was a joke. The bed was clean and the bathroom looked fine otherwise we would have tried to find something elsewhere.

The hotel should be rated a 2 star maxium. The room needs a deep clean and new furniture and window coverings. The sauna was closed, the hot tub was empty and the pool was very cold. The ad did not say there was no elevator, I am 84 and find it extreamly hard to do stairs, there were no rooms left on the main floor. It was to late to find another hotel......we stayed and coped with the place. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was average, they did not take the chairs down from the tables the guests had to do it themselves. There was no one there to replentish the megar offerings. So you made do with that was there and note we were early to breakfast.

It was just ok. Stayed for 2 nights for an event at TradeX. Good location for that venue; is a short drive. The room was dirty. The carpet in this hotel is nasty. They need to rip it all up. The rubber mat in the tub was dirty, also the tub took an hour to drain after one short shower. The doors into this hotel are all broken and tampered with. During the day there were homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. This hotel did not feel safe. Anybody can gain access to the rooms. The key cards for the doors barely work. You have to try over and over again just to get in your room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Doors did not actually have numbers, written in pen on white paint. List of things they would charge you extra for if you stole it prominantly on display. For instance 200 if you move the furniture.

Very run down, all of the furniture in our room is in disrepair, no staff and half of the amenities are not operational. Very different realities compared to what Expedia lists.

This was our first stay at this Ramada and we were very pleased with everything. We had room #241 which we found out later is the honeymoon suite, it was an awesome room.

not able to use a credit card upon arrival they needed cash only. Very disorganized. The room was very old, broken bathing plug, taps broken, not impressed.

Absolute dump of a hotel, guests are mainly payday partiers who are loud and inconsiderate. Staff not equipped or capable of dealing with disrespectful guests. This Ramada is in sketchy area and not well maintained, better to sleep in your car on side of highway than stay here!

Booked a 5 day stay February 2024. Arrived around 10pm to check in. Gpt to the room and immediately had multiple rooms partying, slamming doors, loud conversations in the hallway. Called the front desk where the 2 girls did nothing tp fix the problem. Finally after dealing with it myself at 1230 am i could get to sleep. Last day at checkout time I was ready to walk out at 11:15 but had to take a phone call. The cleaning "lady" relentlessly knocked and tapped on the door exclaiming that checkout is 11 and I have to leave NOW!!! There were very few people staying there during my stay. With obvious good reasons. Room cleaning on the second to last day consisted of replensihing the terrible coffee packs and leaving one clean towel and a bar of soap. We'll see if they try and charge my card a "Late checkout" fee. Ignorant staff. Outdated property. Not a decent price when you consider they product you'll get. Will never be staying here again.

Overall it feels run down. There is a high pitched buzzing sound in the lobby that is certainly giving the staff hearing damage. Bathroom light switch was broken so the light and fan couldn’t be turned off, and there was a red stain on the carpet at the sink that looked like fresh blood. The room looked like it hadn’t had a thorough cleaning in years. The bed sheets were clean and in good shape so I stayed because I just needed to crash for the night, but I did regret choosing this place. Not at all a $200/night place

This hotel needs a huge make over. Stains all over the carpets, wall paper falling off the walls, ants in our room, shower head was super loose and felt like it was going to fall off the wall. We were down visiting friends in the area who later told us that this hotel is booked by the hour. Would not stay at this hotel ever again. As well the breakfast is just a few tables and chairs set up in the front lobby. We would never stay at this hotel again.

I was very dissatisfied with this stay. The room and building were not what I expected based on the website. I had to go and buy a pillow because the one there was dirty. I had to pay cash, and have yet to receive a receipt, because there computers were not working. The building is need of a major upgrade.

The sheets and towels were dirty, and rooms were not accessible to the front desk as the rooms are at the other side of the building. The duvet has dirt and stains even the towels were dirty. Carpets/ flooring are also dirty.

Staff couldn’t speak English. Light bulbs out. Dirty. No bath tub plug. No toiletries said would have them next week. Rust on bathtub. Mold on ceiling. Blood on wall. Housekeeping was unable/unwilling to assist. Kept asking if I was checking out. Breakfast was suspect. Never ever again.

This hotel is rundown and disgusting. The hot tub was broken, the pool was barren and cold (bring your own towels, none are down there). A line of misallaneous filth was visible around the edges of the carpets in my room. The door did not open or close easily, and the lock malfunctioned on the last day of my stay. Everything in the room looked to be donee on the cheap. There was a blood stain on the already busted drapes. When I asked 3 times (on each day of my stay) I was told it would be taken care of, that housekeeping would do it, then that a manager would do it. It never got fixed. The breakfast is only marginally OK. Be prepared to figure it out yourself though. The breakfast sandwiches are frozen, the fruit all looks distinctly battered and if the juice machine runs out they will not check or refill it. Frankly, this place is beyond disgusting and you should just stay away.

The toilet ran and ran, you had to lift the lid and push it down to stop it. The tub had not been cleaned. There was an ant in the tub.......They are trying, the staff is lovely, bring your slippers, and for the price you'll get what you pay for.
