Sea View Hotel & Spa is perfect for families. The location is perfect (2-5 minutes away from local restaurants/cafes and Karfas beach). There is a nice size pool kids pool snack bar. The rooms are great equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, sink), kitchen table with 4 seats, 2 balconies, a full bathroom, and enough room to sleep 6 people (1 queen bed in a private bedroom 4 single beds in the dining/living room area). The hotel is very clean and has all your essentials. Also, the price is fairly affordable too. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property, views are beautiful. Rooms was modern and clean. Pool was excellent and bar refreshments were easy and reasonable - staff was great!. Breakfast was of high quality. No laundry capabilities, so we had to hand wash but they will supply a drying rack (no issues with things drying properly outside),

The property is conveniently located near Karfas Beach which is a beautiful area of Chios. The property is very appealing and has several amenities; however, it is aging and could use some refreshing. The rooms have noticeable wear and tear with several items needing minor fixes. This did not significantly impact our stay though. Other negatives are that the pool has very limited hours and we had very little communication about the property when we checked in. We did enjoy the breakfast that was available every day and the rooms were spacious!

Flott utsikt over havet
Ble møtt av en vennlig og hjelpsom person i resepsjonen, og alt av papirarbeid ordnet greit og uten noen problemer. Fikk et flott rom med utsikt mot havet, og det alt var i orden. Eneste lille (men ganske ubetydelig sak) var at TVen ikke hadde mer enn en engelskspråklig kanal (Euronews), og at det var en gammel crt-tv. Fikk frokost på hotellet, men ellers spiste jeg ikke der, så maten har jeg lite å vurdere fra. Frokosten var helt OK og tilstrekkelig for de fleste. Kan anbefales.

Vorig jaar ook geweest en eerlijk is eerlijk, het was dit jaar “iets” minder. Er lagen tegels los bij het zwembad en het ontbijt was minder uitgebreid dan vorig jaar. Zeer goed hotel (zeker 4 sterren) maar minder dan vorig jaar. Beetje jammer, maar zeker niets te klagen.

Nice and comfortable stay
The hotel was very nice. They very hospitable. Rooms clean. My only issue was that the spa was not functional during our stay and this was the only reason we elected to stay at this hotel- very disappointing that they rely on one person who was ill to maintain the spa facility. Location was near the beach but if you want to stay where the nightlife is this is not the area to stay in. Stay in the heart of the city.

Just a hotel with good sea view
The hotel is in walking distance to the beach, not on the beach. You should pay for drinks to be able to use the sunbeds and umbrellas (if you can find any!). Some of the staff is really nice, but some far from being nice. They gave us a key after signing a paper for the safe in our room. That key unfortunately never worked. The good thing was that the town is safe (with good people) and therefore we didn't have to worry about that key too much.

We went there on our honeymoon in May. The hotel is located in Karfas - 10 min far away to Chios center by car. The hotel has a great view by the sea. The staff was very friendly, polite and tried to help anything you need. Breakfast was good. - maybe more olive variety they can serve :). The room was clean, large and comfortable, even there is a kitchen in the room. You can stay at Sea View Resorts in the peace of mind for sure. Karfas area is the right choice to stay in Chios. We traveled nearly all the lovely villages located at the south and west side of Chios by car. Definetely to stay here for the next time. KaliMerhaba :) Kivanc.

Great stay
We booked a studio with a fantastic view to the sea and all in all we enjoyed wonderful days. Very friendly and helpful staff. Near the beach. When ever we shall visit chios again, we will stay definitively there again.

Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα
Καθαρό μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Καλή θέα στη θάλασσα και στη πισίνα. Η θάλασσα είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά απόσταση με τα πόδια αν και πρέπει να ανέβει κανείς ανηφόρα. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι πως στο δωμάτιο που μας δώσανε η τουαλέτα ήταν ειδικά κατασκευασμένη για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα (ΑΜΕΑ). Η λεκάνη ήταν πολύ ψηλή και άβολη. Σε γενικές γραμμές φύγαμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας.

I found them very helpful ,staff . We're all great. The room was very large with plenty of room bathroom was also good. I think in that size room a bigger bed would have been better instead of twin beds.
