숙박시설위치, 주변 분위기, 가까운해변등 장점이 아주 많은곳이라고 생각됩니다. 단지 잦은 비 때문인지 pool access room의 특성때문인지 방과 침구에 습기가 많아 잠자리가 좀 불편했습니다.

Very uncomfortable beds. Tiny bathroom. Often had to request room to be cleaned. Given wrong phone number by reception TWICE to get transport back from Patong & no refund offered when we had to make our own way back to hotel. Unfortunately a lot of maintenance & construction happening during our stay. Only good aspects were the pool & breakfast.

View from our room matched the photo on Wotif. Stunning. Great breakfast every morning. Our safe stopped working, within minutes of making a call to the front desk, we had a tech up to our room to fix it. Speedy! We are located right on the beach.

Exactly what we hoped and expected, it was our last stop on a 3-week trip all around the Thailand, we needed a beautiful sea and a beautiful swimming pool (practically private since everyone can access it from their room). Well this is the place. Exceptional breakfast! If we really want to find a negative mark: there are no mosquito nets on windows, they would be highly appreciated as we are in Thailand! We hope to return.

We only had a short 3 night stay for our family of four, GREAT room attached pools and good general pool facilities, polite and friendly staff.

The entire main pool was closed for planned maintenance for the duration of our stay. I understand this is necessary but think it is important that the hotel chooses to communicate this as part of the booking, and compensate guests during these maintenance periods. This was poorly managed by the hotel and as a result I would not recommend choosing this hotel.

Very cute property, staff were very attentive. My only complaint is the rock hard beds, the sun bed was a lot more comfortable- we even took that cushion and placed it on the bed.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel für Familien direkt am Bangtao Beach. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Gartenseite mit Poolzugang, einfach perfekt . Auch die Zimmergröße ist für eine Familie super. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziges Manko: wenn man am Strand oder Pool eine Liege bekommen möchte muss man ca um 6 Uhr aufstehen, sonst sind alle bereits reserviert. Von Seite des Hotels wurde hier nichts unternommen

Service could be better !
Overall was good. Beach front Enough area for young kids to play Breakfast with good options but staff members have a terrible attitude. Dont ask them for something twice or ask them to change something or dont tell them how you would like for something to be done. Do that and you will get frustrated with their attitude. Don't like what you do then do something else. You are working in the hospitality segment then you have to know how to talk to people and how to deliver your serice in a pleasant manner. Overall was a good stay but going back to Phuket, we will find another property.

The property has an excellent customer service. A clean & well maintained resort with all the amenities you need. Highly recommended for family with children. Family oriented resort.

C'est établissement pour a tout pour convenir à toute personne, que ce soit pour les familles, enfants, adultes et seniors. Activités pour tous. Nombreuses piscines, océan au pied de l'hôtel, restaurant, massage nombreuses salles de jeux...ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et toujours aussi sympa.

Poorly managed hotel
Nice location, nice pool rooms spacious. Reception poorly serviced. Room cleaning was an all day event. We complained about this. And our 2 rooms was afterwards cleaned every morning at 10.00 and the manager promised us that rest of our stay would be superb. As our daughter would arrive the next day. When she arrived… it was all back to normal her room was not ready at the promised time. So expect nothing regarding management services. Pool bar staff was really good 👍 Their fitness facilities are a joke max 15m2 with 2 super outdated machines for +200 rooms

The resort had a nice layout and pool and great buffet breakfast however no insulation in walls meant noise came through from neighbours and as a light sleeper this was no good for me. The resort has a number of descending levels so not great if you have mobility issues. When it rains hard the different levels fill up with water and walkways flood.

Fantastic familyhotel
Very nice family hotel with lots of children friendly activities, direct beach access and various swimming pools. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. Only negative point is the internet connection, which constantly switches off.

First of all for $80 night there’s nothing I should really complain about but … (1) internet was poor while next door at various beach-front bars it was fast and reliable, (2) buffet breakfast was plentiful but not much quality stuff, (3) not a whole lot nearby to see and do. The good stuff - pools were huge and shallow for the kids, rooms were very clean, beds were firm. So all up - value for money no doubt.
