Nice garden and pool. The room was large with a lovely balcony. Bed is super comfy and great breakfast buffet! But for a 4 star hotel that is not normal not to have tea/coffee maker in the room as well as iron. This hotel is more a 3 star than 4 star one.

Great place to stay
My stay was great, I had to work but could make the most of my time because the hotel is very pretty, the pool is beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Weekend piacevole
Hotel sul mare; parcheggio gratuito e centro storico di Paestum raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti. Personale gentile e disponibile; camera confortevole e spaziosa. Inconveniente: poiché era bassa stagione, ci toccava uscire dall'hotel e andare in un hotel adiacente (di loro proprietà) a fare colazione (e ha piovuto 1 dei due giorni per cui non è stato affatto comodo). La colazione, comunque, era di ottima qualità anche se non molto varia.

La struttura è fra le top senza dubbio, noi siamo andati per una settimana di mare ed abbiamo potuto anche apprezzare l'esclusiva spiaggia del beach club 93. L'unico aspetto meno positivo è che danno priorità alle cerimonie e a volte spiaggia e piscina possono essere utilizzate parzialmente per cui ci si è trovato spesso a lasciare la spiaggia o la piscina.

Pleasant stay convenient to exclusive beach club
Smooth check in and check out. The rooms were clean but could use some upgrading (1 outlet on each side of the bed). Room service menu and iron were not available in room until I called and asked. Beach club access was a huge bonus.

Es handelt sich um ein Hochzeitshotel.
Fast täglich finden in diesem Hotel Hochzeiten statt, so dass für Hotelgäste kein Raum ist. Die Angestellten sind mit der Ausrichtung der Hochzeit und dem Bedienen der Hochzeitsgäste beschäftigt. Die Hotelgäste spielen nur eine Nebenrolle. Auch in dem dazugehörigen Beachclub werden Hochzeitszeremonien und Fotosessions abgehalten, was den Aufenthalt dort ebenfalls einschränkt. Die Preise im Restaurant des Beachclubs sind völlig überzogen und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht. Die Portionen sind klein und auch nicht besonders schmackhaft. Der Beachclub ist vom Hotel über 2 km entfernt, so dass man dort nicht gerne zu Fuß hingehen möchte, schon gar nicht, wenn es heiß ist. Wir habn das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen.

They were hosting an all-day and evening wedding and none of the facilities (pool gardens etc) available to paying guests. Were told we could get a shuttle to their beach club for dinner but were later informed by another desk-clerk it too was closed for a private party. Our private-balcony room’s balcony opened directly ont the Porte-cochere and there was a workman doing repairs there early the next morning. Not a word of apology .

Ottimo ristorante ma davvero pessimo albergo!
Ho partecipato ad un ricevimento nunziale di venerdì sera (7/7/2017) e venendo da lontano ho preferito pernottare in struttura. Ricevimento meraviglioso, personale gentilissimo solerte e professionale. Gli ambienti curati e davvero incantevoli. Per la parte alberghiera invece, un vero disastro, assolutamente non degno di un Hotel a quattro stelle. Tornato in camera alle 3.30 del mattino non trovo il lenzuolo ma esclusivamente un piumino, per giunta sporco di sangue!!! Il portiere notturno afferma di non avere personale per risolvere la situazione, solo con mie insistenze e dopo avergli dovuto ricordare che paventano quattro stelle, si mette alla ricerca di personale per risolvere. Dopo circa 30 minuti (4.00 del mattino) 3 signore, addette alla pulizia delle aree per ricevimenti e non delle stanze sistemano il letto (impiegando anche svariato tempo in quanto non trovavano alcune federe) asserendo che fosse normale mettere solo il piumino e non il lenzuolo (a quel punto ho risposto spazientito in malo modo)!!! Il personale della mattina invece è stato davvero gentile. Rimasti a pranzo poi il giorno 8/7/2017 abbiamo avuto un servizio ottimo con grande attenzione e professionalità senza considerare la grande qualità delle pietanze presentateci. Davvero stupendo per cucina, organizzazione banchetti e personale di sala, sconsigliatissimo ed assolutamente non all'altezza delle stelle di cui si fregiano per la parte puramente alberghiera.

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel für Hochzeiten
Wir haben das Hotel wegen Pool gebucht, der jedoch nicht benutzbar war wegen einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft. Ebenso konnte der Garten nicht benutzt werden. Informationen erhielten wir nur auf Anfrage. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Hotel keinen Wert auf Individualreisende legt und sich auf Hochzeiten konzentriert. Strandliegen 6 Euro pro Tag und Person, dasselbe für Schirm erschien uns für einen Nachmittag etwas teuer. Aufgrund eines zustätzlichen Gruppenreise war das Frühstücksbüffet leer geräumt und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech und Ende der Saison lässt der Service nach. Das Hitel selbst war sauber und gepflegt. Während unserer Kampagnien Rundreise hatten wir in Unterkünften mit weniger Sternen besseren Service.

Hotellet var modernt med hög standard och med tillgång till Savoys pool blev vistelsen perfekt. Det som däremot var tråkigt var att det inte var gångavstånd på kvällen till restaurangerna.

Una vacanza comoda e rilassante
Tutto perfetto, l'hotel, il servizio spiaggia, la gentilezza del personale. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Tuttavia non abbiamo mai potuto usufruire della piscina perché in questo periodo si celebra un matrimonio al giorno. Ci ritorneremo presto

Outstanding customer service
I stayed in the deluxe or superior double room whatever it's called. The room is spacious with a cute little balcony where you can sit for breakfast, except for it was too hot in July to do so. The 1st room I was put in has the view of the road so not that glamorous and could be noisy. The air-conditioner in this room didn't work and they swapped it for one that worked for me despite the hotel was fully booked because of the wedding. Hotel staff were polite, nice and helpful. The garden is very beautiful and well kept. The pool is not big but you can have access to the beach near by which was amazingly warm and sandy. Overall a nice place to relax, would definitely stay here again if I'm in the region.

Very nice hotel in an area less impressive
The hotel is fantastic to be honnest. It is a wedding/big event hotel. Not so many rooms 20-30 I would guess but the pool area and the facility is built for larger groups. We visisted the hotel in the middle of the week and there were no events that time meaning maybe 5-10 families or pairs were at the hotel with an facility that could handle much more. Service was excellent and the pool was very nice. The rooms were good. The 4-star is border to 5 I would say and to a very resonable price. The restaurant is really good and the head of staff Pasqual was really proffesional and supporting. This is good snice the area lacks other restaurans with in walking distance. The hotel has a beach wich is really nice were you could get sun chairs and sun umbrellas included in hotel price. The Paestum ruins is well spent time and one of the reasons visting this area. If you go here. It is for 2-3 days max. Spend the time visiting paestum and relaxing in the very nice hotelpark and pool area. Having nice dinners at the hotel. Do not expect normal summer vacation with plenty restaurants and bars in the area. We had a great time for 3 nights.

Arrivati in hotel per un matrimonio ci siamo trovati davanti ad un antipasto/aperitivo a bordo piscina davvero faraonico ed un pranzo nuziale davvero unico... Zona piscina davvero pulita e curata... ristorante eccellente... personale davvero preparato e professionale... dopo la cerimonia abbiamo pernottato li e ci siamo trovati davanti ad una stanza composta da un matrimoniale (king size) e un letto singolo (e non un sofa bed) poichè avevoo prenotato una tripla... Frigo bar, cassaforte, tv lcd con mediaset premium, doppio balcone e poi un bagno dotato di tutti i comfort...stanza pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani profumati e puliti, in conclusione staff perfetto, cibo divino, posizione da invidiare, stanza coccolosa...

When we arrived at the esplanade they told us they were full so they upgraded us to The Savoy hotel next door. The room was huge and had everything you will need. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. A great treat!!!

Bei Ankunft wurden wir gleich umgebucht ins Savoy Beach Hotel. Zum gleichen Preis:) Im Hotel hatte es jeden Tag eine Hochzeitsfeier.....von jenen man wirklich praktisch nichts mitbekommt. Auch der Pool ist nicht zu, baden geht immer. Strand nur durch den Pinienwald gehen. 1 Schirm und 2 Liegestühle inklusive. Für Veganer großes Fruchtbuffet und frische Tomaten. Leider nach einer Woche etwas eintönig. Habe Input beim Hotel hinterlegt:) Glutenfreies Brot vorhanden. Alles in allem super Hotel.

abbiamo soggiornato dal 25/6 al 30/6 io, mio marito e mio figlio di 8 anni. siamo stati molto bene, la qualità dei servizi è molto buona, l'hotel è bello e pulito ed ha un bellissimo giardino con piscina. Eccellente poi direi il ristorante, piatti buonissimi e e un ottimo servizio ottimo grazie al maitre Pasquale e a tutti i ragazzi, oltretutto molto gentili.

My stay at the Best Western Esplanade was great. This is a very modern, clean, well run hotel in a great location near the beach. The room was of adequate size and was very clean, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous and very helpful.

ottimo hotel qualità eccellente, l'hotel è vicino al sito archeologico di Paestum comodo anche per visitare la costa del Cilento. tutto molto accogliente, viene servita un'abbondante colazione sia dolce che salata nella sala ristorante che si affaccia sulla splendida piscina. stanza confortevole, grande con ampio bagno, la ns. stanza aveva anche un balconcino arredato davanti alla pineta. ottima accoglienza da parte del personale, tutti molto disponibili, ci hanno accolto con molta gentilezza e professionalità, li ringraziamo tutti. hotel da consigliare veramente a tutti. When we arrived at the Best Western, we were sent next door to the Savoy Beach Hotel. They told us the hotel was not ready. Three years ago we stayed at the Savoy Beach Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the staff wonderful. However, we did not have hot water because of a failed oil delivery. I mentioned this in a review three years ago. This visit our room was lovely, hotel dinner was delicious though pricey. But once again we were unable to shower because there was no hot water. They "worked" on the problem and had hot water the next day. Both stays were in March. It seems both hotels are operated by the same owners. So, I cannot rate the Best Western, only the more upscale Savoy Beach.

ottima posizione
ho soggiornato in questo hotel due notti ( 2 e 3 ottobre 2013 ) per un convegno medico. Tutto perfetto dalla struttura elegante e curata in ogni particolare ; colazione abbondante , la sala affaccia sul parco e sulla piscina. Personale gentile e disponibili. la camera matrimoniale grande , confortevole e dotata di ogni confort.. Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei

Great Beach location
My husband and I decided to drive to Agropolis and while looking for a hotel ran across this one on the website. Everything was great. We finally found a hotel where the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was in walking distance to the beach. Only thing negative was that the outdoor pool closed at 6:30pm.

BEL HOTEL PRES DE LA MER ENVIRONNEMENT DISCUTABLE
Le restaurant très qualitatif sous la responsabilité de Pasquale très professionnel, le service de l'hotel, l'acceuil, la situation près de la mer et le paysage excellent. Par contre l'emplacement de la chambre est determinant à la qualité du séjour : or sur 24 chambres, 12 sont en facade sur la route passante et 12 sur l'arriere dont la moitie se situe à proximité des gaines de ventilation et des jets d'eau de l'hotel voisin Savoye, bruyant. Sur 14 nuits : nous avons eu 12 mariages + ceux du Savoye donc bcp bruit. La piscine inutilisable car remplie d'algues vertes. Service plage est compris dans la prestation.

Near sites we were interested in visiting.
Almost everything was good, but the location was poor. They should have shuttles to the Greek ruins. Cabs are very expensive, and we walked a distance of over five miles to get to the museum and other sites and back to the hotel. Other guests said the same thing.

Ottimo per un week end o per soggiorno di lavoro.
Hotel di buon tono, bel giardino e piscina. Molto usato per matrimoni, forse la tranquillità nei fine settimana non è garantita, ma comunque il soggiorno è piacevole. Lo standard di gentilezza del personale non è omogeneo, peccato !!!

Het hotel heeft een prachtige palmentuin met zwembad. Helaas was het weer niet mooi toen wij er waren zodat wij daarvan niet hebben kunnen genieten. Onze kamer was niet mooi ingericht, maar wel comfortabel. Het personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels. Is verder wel behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt dicht bij hetstrand. Voor het bezoek aan de tempels van Paestum moet je een stukje met de auto rijden.
