In our Resort are situated 3 different products: Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort 4*S, the Dependence del Parco 4* and the Residenza Lago di Lugano 3*. As indicated on the website of Hotels.com, the check-in is at Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort. The price of the Comfort Rooms at the Residenza Lago di Lugano includes the use of the private beach on the lake and the outdoor relax pool (beach umbrellas included). The use of other facilities of the resort as the Fun Pool, the gym and the SPA San Marco with indoor pool, requires a supplement of Euro 50,00 per day/room. Please note all our extra costs are listed under “optional extras” on the Hotels.com website as well as on our website. A piece of advice for your next reservation: if you book an accommodation at Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort or at the Dependence del Parco all the facilities of the Resort are included and also if you book directly with us, you will get the 50% off the parking fee.
