식당이 특히 불결했고 전반적으로 직원들의 서비스 질이 떨어졌어요 개인적으로는 역대 최악의 숙박이었습니다 연휴라 숙박비가 저렴하지도 않았는데 돈 아까웠어요 비추에요

Nice place for family trip near Jkt.
Friendly stuffs with great food and fantastic draught beer!!! Needs to improve on breakfast tho... pineapple jam made by hotel chief was great too.

해변가에 위치한 깔끔한 호텔
호텔청결 상태는 깔끔했어요.조식은 별로 였구요.침대는 인도네시아 다른 호텔에 비해서 좋았어요.호텔 옥상에서 바라보는 바다는 너무 아름다웠어요.

가족과 조용히 쉬기에 좋았어요.
1. 방 크기 적당하고 화장실도 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 근데 샤워실 칸막이를 반만 해 놓아서 물이 바깥으로 너무 많이 튀더군요. 2. 나무에 가려서 바다가 시원하게 보이지는 않았지만 일몰을 보기에 괜찮았습니다. 3. 수영장도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 유아풀도 있고요. 4. 전용해변이 좀 좁긴 했지만 아이가 모래놀이는 실컷 했습니다. 물론 고운 백사장은 아닙니다. 5. 해변은 바닥에 돌이 많아서 수영하기는 어렵고 시간이 맞으면 물이 빠졌을 때 구경하면서 놀면 좋을 것 같더군요. 6. 아이가 저녁에 열이 좀 나서 리셉션에 해열제가 있는지 문의했는데 없다고 해서 한밤중에 고생 좀 했네요. 7. 조식은 볶음밥이랑 계란, 빵, 시리얼 빼고는 한국인이 먹기에 만만한 건 없었지만 조식 포함 비용이 아깝지는 않은 정도였습니다. 다만 과일에 날벌레들이 많이 꼬여셔 먹기가 어려웠습니다. 8. 발리 같은 유명 휴양지에 비해 놀 것도 없고 주변에 경쟁 호텔이 별로 없어서 그런지 가격도 싼 건 아니었지만 가족과 조용히 쉬려고 간 것이어서 그런 목적으로는 만족했습니다.

Wonderful family hotel with clean swimming pools, good buffets, clean rooms and several kids activities (foam party !). Would defenitely consider coming back. One negative was the size of the standard room which does not fit a kids bed, so we were forced to upgrade.

I stayed with my 2 kids , got the connected room we asked (thank you) i think the hotel is best hotel around the area considering other hotel condition that not well maintained. We got complementary dissert from the staff (thank you for the service). The aninities is not complete.. no hand towel and we have to ask for floor mat. I wish for the future Aston keep maintain the cleannes and the tidy of hotel. .. o yeah my kid lived the FOAM PARTY...😁😁😁

Lovely location and excellently managed. Highlights for us were the outdoor areas; the pool, the clean beach, the pier, the swing and the excellent food. Even our toddler loved the place. Would love to go back again.

Nice place to get away - Best in area
Staff were very helpful . The check in process was slow and too few people working in the check in area. The meals area was ok - food selection was ok - but most of the cooked hot food was not hot at the buffet .

when we arrive it seems the hotel was doing minor renovating... they replace the tiles near the pool, very dusty and they were cutting the tiles next to the swimming pool !! i think they can measured it and cut it somewhere else without disturbing the guests. when we checked in the front desk didnt mention anything about hotel renovation. public toilet in the lobby need to be check often, while there wasnt much guest around but it still have some odors.

Good hotel in ayer
I booked 4 rooms, unfortunately they cannot arrange to stay in the same floor but their staff gives the best service. Recomended hotel for family. Food taste is good. Overall, very recomended hotel in anyer area.

A good place to have a short getaway from the thak
The location is easy to reach from Jakarta by car. It only took as 3 hours to get there from Jakarta on a weekday. It was a good stay for me and my family. The room is reasonably clean. The towels and pillows are still fluffy. We had a good sleep there.

The shower drain was clogged and was flooded when showered. The rest of the bathroom stinks for no reason. The room was clean and AC worked great. Great exterior but room in front of the pool was not sound proof. I love the swimming pool and outdoor cafe. Beach is nice and clean. Overall is a nice place to stay.

Chaotic check in
checked in just before 2pm and was told that rooms booked was not available. after some persuasion, they managed to find the correct rooms. however, the room was only available at 4pm as there as a holiday crowd. apparently the previous nights guests did not check out soon enough for the house keeping to prepare the rooms though the hotel was small. there was no order in check in and out. reception area was chaotic with kids running around and making a ruckus. not recommended for a quiet stay especially during a holiday period. room bedsheets were also damp. perhaps not enough time to dry completely as there were too many guests..

Zimmer, Restaurant, Pool und Beach alles kompakt und in kürzester Entfernung. Pool gepflegt, Wasser Klasse, Restaurant ausgelegt auf Einheimische da kaum oder keine Übersee-Touristen. Wie gesagt, das heutige Indonesien! Tip: Seeblick wählen, ab 4. Stock freier Blick über die Bäume auf die Sunda Straße mit Vulkan Anak Krakatau.

Not many choice of hotels in anyer, this hotel is the top tier. Good location, good view, good vibe but not so much of service, very poor food, and so many people smoking in front of kids. Seriously hotel needs to stop people from smoking in the swimming pool area.

Pleasant stay
Overall i did enjoy our stay at aston. But next time i will prefer to go on low season. It is not a big hotel so staying during peak season can be a bit overwhelming (children's yelling, pool always packed, heavy traffic). Room was perfect, clean, comfy and AC works well. Breakfast spread not big but delicious. Check-in/ check-out was smooth. Staff were amazing and polite. Simply best hotel at anyer.

when I want to check out, the hotel house keeping told me that in my son's room was no glass mouthwash in the bathroom and house keeping officers maintain that there is a glass mouthwash in the bathroom, meanwhile when I checked in in Astin hotel was no such glasses. Surely i'm not happy stay in Aston Anyer

Can't speak highly enough about the staff. They were friendly, engaged, fun and always helpful. Thanks especially to Irwan who on his day off, took me around to some of the local sight seeing areas on his day off. The breakfasts had a good range of selections. The facilities are kept in very good order and the location is great if you just want to get away and have a nice weekend by the sea
