I originally had a problem with my bathroom, and the property manager Brian reached out to me, and had Sherry help me by assigning a different room. She offered a complimentary upgrade to a room that was more comfortable. She also checked on me two days later to ensure my comfort and I greatly appreciated her customer service skills.

Very nice property. We had a pet and the hotel had a rear entrance close to the elevators so it was very convenient to take our pet outside and then to get back to the room.

had a few fast food places in walking distance. Close to the highways. Was not quiet with other guests being very loud at 11:30 pm.

Uncomfortable beds
The room was ok. There is a small fridge, which we always look for in a hotel room, and plenty of space. The shower was good and there were already four bath towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. Also there is no complimentary breakfast.

If you would like for the cost of our cooked to order breakfast to be included with the room rate during future stays, please know that you can inquire about our Bed and Breakfast package.

Great location. Easy off the Highway being not right on so you don’t hear the traffic. Great restaurants and shopping. Very safe area. Walking safe without issues. You can see IKEA Cindy.

Everything was great, except I was a little shocked at the price for breakfast. With tip, it cost almost $20.00 for three eggs and two pieces of toast. I had three eggs instead of meat, due to allergies. I was under the impression that breakfast was included in the price of the room. The food was okay and prepared as asked for.

Property was very well taken care of, looked newer or more recently updated. Staff was very pleasant. Only dislike was the pillows, they were very flat and non-supportive, made actually falling asleep and/or staying asleep, very difficult.

I checked out very early in the morning, and forgot some things in the room that were very important with front desk. Help I was able to re-enter the room and get my things. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable team members. Will definitely stay again!

View was terrible
Disappointed that the view we had was looking at the roof after I asked to be put in a room with some kind of view the hotel appeared to be nearly empty, so they could of accommodated us with a room that had some kind of view, milk was $2 for a small school size milk, that's way over priced, room was clean and comfy, pool was great for the kids.

The pool heater was not working and the girls were looking forward to swimming. The exercise equipment wasn't working as well. The treadmill worked a little but not properly. It was a hazard risk 😕
