The bathroom was not clean. I was offered tissues and washcloth to clean urine off the toilet seat. The overall smell of the room, hallway, and elevator was musty.

Solid three star hotel - good for an overnight driving stop. Hotel is showing its age, and will need renovation soon, showing in things like the uncleanable discoloration in the bottom of shower/tub. Not bad for a shower, but would not sit down and take a bath. King bed had small square pillows the size of throw pillows. Weird medal bed foundation would make thunder sound if you touched it. Breakfast - plus was good hot waffles, minus - coffee was the overnight thermos that was repurposed and was now cold. They did make a new thermos when requested. Check in staff was helpful. We deliberately chose this hotel, as it was cheaper than other near options . Prolly actually not bad value for the $. But you get what you pay for.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, but I expect this of any property that is rated as “very good.” What was unacceptable was the noisy bed that kept us awake. I want a good night’s sleep when on the road, but the right side of the bed creaked and groaned every time my husband rolled over, waking both of us repeatedly during the night. We spend at least three dozen nights a year in hotels and resorts, and I can honestly say that we have never had such a poor night’s sleep. The mattress was comfortable, but we will not stay there again.

Comfortable spot
Second time staying, close enough to college campuses, without the inflated cost per night. Good for a clean place to stay while passing through the area. Wish they would put hot water and decaf coffee out with the usual coffee offered at the front lobby.

Very nice, I recommend
Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We would certainly stay there again. Two of the guests were sketchy, but that is not the hotels fault.

Nice stay
Stay was great. In town for family. TV was having issues I alerted the desk and they brought another. Breakfast is typical for Quality Inns Chain, eggs, sausage hot waffles cereal yogurt fresh fruit.

It was clean and quite. Staff were good. The in side rooms need some work. Cra ked walls, a textured paint was put on the wall that has now to cracking and coming apart. Breakfast really needs some work! Limited on selection, cranberry juice,apple jui ce tasted as though they were watered down. No flavor to the meat or eggs.

Hotel was very clean. Everything smelled nice. Hotel and pool are a little older but everything was spic and span snd kept up their well. Service was wonderful!

Great value and great service.
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was because of the low price point. I had checked into a hotel up the street which was not only dirty, but vile and disgusting. I checked out immediately and to truthful I was traumatized and upset. I checked the reviews on the Quality Inn which were good and I booked it. When I got there, still shaken from the previous hotel, and I told the girl what had happened. She was so kind and did everything she could to calm me and make things easy. I was so thankful for her help. The Quality Inn was even nicer than the reviews and I strongly recommend it as a great value.

Really appreciate their staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast items were also very hood. The person in-charge madensure there was enough food for all. He came out several.tes to refill.

There are issues with the plumbing, everything drains very slowly. The walls need patched correctly and painted nicely. The rooms need to be cleaned better, it is not thorough enough. The food preparation should be better for breakfast

Getting better it seems!
It’s obvious they’re doing some updates, which is great, but our room wasn’t the cleanest… The breakfast was a good hotel breakfast but there was a time difference between the weekend vs the week which I was unaware of. Overall, I would probably stay here again, but I do hope they continue to improve the hotel. :)

We had an overall nice stay. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was like any other hotel breakfast. One thing i noticed that i didn't see in any other reviews that I read was the train. It woke me up a couple times in the night and I'm a pretty hard sleeper. The bathroom door also stuck and was hard to close. The biggest turn off was the coffee maker being in the bathroom next to the toilet. Glad I don't drink coffee. I'd stay again.

Bathtub and sink clogged
There bathtub was clogged I experience this from hotel rooms so I’ve learned to take a hair remover hook it’s a bit disgusting but I’m used to ii, other than that I have no other complaints.
