While it wasn’t horrible, i don’t plan to return. Breakfast had decent offerings. Water pressure was good and hot. Toilet was very loose. All the drains drained very well. Room A/C was loud and couldn’t turn it off without unplugging it. Room was too stuffy without it. They seem to be doing some painting, it smelled like paint throughout the halls. Employees were all nice but seem stretched very thin. Decent budget hotel. Only stayed one night. Definitely would not be comfortable staying longer

I only have one concern…. I was a woman staying alone and I needed a plunger at 1130 pm. I was required to walk down to the front desk, get the plunger, walk back to my room, use the plunger, and bring it back (wet and nasty). They are cheap, I recommend having one for each floor so I can get it from the laundry room or somewhere else closeby.. I realize it is petty, but it definitely impacted my stay.

I specifically requested a room with a hot tub and it was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! We were in town for a basketball tournament, and my son could not utilize the tub after his games. Was unable to utilize the laundry facilities due to there only being 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. The Laundry facilities were occupied around the clock and I was unable to wash my sons basketball uniform Friday night and from 2-10(when i finally went to sleep). Breakfast was limited, and there was construction and painting going on during our stay. Paint chips covered the stairs. Not having an elevator is not ideal for elderly, especially with the laundry facilities being on the second floor.

Dated.. but they do seem to be renovating which is something i wish i knew beforehand. I could have stayed somewhere nicer for same price ...wasn't much of a deal considering the conditions. No elevator either

I am sorry you feel this way. You are correct the hotel is dated which is why we are currently making improvements to the property. The renovations only are currently impacting the hallways. Nothing in the rooms or pool or breakfast area is currently under any type of renovation. The photos online are clearly dated as well, but we are very happy you still chose to stay with us in spite of this. I did pull up your reservation and saw the amount you paid and I can promise you for West Chester, OH area on a Saturday night, and it was a same day booking there is no way you are beating the price you paid for a better hotel than ours. Our staff makes every effort to put our guests first and we sincerely hope you will still give us another chance in the future when the renovations are complete. We would be more than happy to host you again and for you to see all the improvements first hand! Thank you again for completing our survey.

Though under construction/remodeling, the facility was still great. Beds were comfy, room was quiet, and we had a pleasant stay with good sleep. Would stay again.

Property under construction and had a nail in tire from driving into their parking lot. Asked Expedia for a refund after having to replace our tire and would be driving in and out of lot for soccer games. Expedia could not help at all. The service desk refused to refund and said that manager wouldn’t approve of a refund because we checked in. Service desk lady also was laughing about the situation. Jacuzzi was very dirty, bought my own cleaning supplies just so I could shower. Coffee maker in room was disgusting. Asked for extra pillows and they said they didn’t have any. My husband asks and he was given 2 pillows without pillow cases. And the guy refused to get us pillow cases.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was renovations going on when we were and it is looking very good. We would stay there again. Also their rate is very reasonable.

Some reviewers complained about the appearance, but during my stay, there was signs of construction and improvements. The vanity in the bathroom is an obvious upgrade recently. The carpet is a little dated, but this is a minor gripe at best. Glad to see the place is getting a facelift. For $91 for a weekend night stay, this seems like a solid place to stay.

We had a great stay. They are doing a bit of remodeling. Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. Bed was a bit hard, but that is just a preference.

We apologize for the pool being closed. Unfortunately a child became sick in the pool and for the safety of our other guests we had to close it until our maintenance person could attend to treating the pool. We hope you will choose to stay with us again in the future as events like this rarely happen, and our pool should most definitely be open! Thank you for your feedback.

We reserved a Jacuzzi room and before we could even use the Jacuzzi the ceiling started leaking water from the room above and we had to be moved in a room without a Jacuzzi with no refund given at the time. I'm supposed to contact the manager on Monday and hopefully they will refund the amount for the room we ended up getting.

Mr. Shroyer, as I stated on the phone I am so sorry we were unable to accommodate you in the room you originally booked. Unfortunately with it being Valentine’s Day weekend all of our other Jacuzzi rooms were booked and we didn’t have another one to place you in. I do hope the adjustment to your rate was to your satisfaction and you will give us another chance. It would also be greatly appreciated if you had the opportunity to adjust your survey since we did indeed make things right with you. We truly appreciate and value your business and hope to see you again in the future.

Misled by the excellent reviews! Do not recommend
This hotel has no elevator, old carpeting and our room upon entry had a very strong cigarette smoke odor. The front desk moved us to a new room with a toilet that was pretty disgusting and visible mold/mildew along the tub grout but we arrived late and that was the only room available other than the room that had the smoke smell! The shower has really low water pressure. Front desk told me to write my issues on the card and place it on the door. Upon arrival back to the hotel for our second night - housekeeping had not cleaned our room or toilet. Disappointing. Breakfast was fine, the beds were comfortable, a/c worked great, but the room felt unclean and overall unsatisfied. I would not recommend!
