It was nice property only issue we had was the let out bed in the couch had stained sheets and I didn’t like how we didn’t have housekeeping service during our stay they only provide it if you are staying more than 3 days

We do offer housekeeping service to long term guests staying 14 nights or more however, we are able to provide linens as needed at the front desk. We appreciate you staying with us. Sonesta ES Suites in Blue ash, exceeding my expectations in every way, from the moment we walked in, I was struck by the cleanliness of the hotel, the room was immaculate and the attention to detail was evident throughout. Not only was the hotel clean, it was also incredibly comfortable, the bed was plush, and the amenities provided ensured a relaxing stay. Its location couldn’t have been better. Situated in the heart of blue ash. Overall my experience was exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe and conveniently located hotel for their travels. Jack and Paula

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good choice for the price. However, even though I turned on the heat when I went to bed it was still cold in the morning. They didn’t clean the snow off the stairway railings and I was worried I would slip annd fall. Also there was no sugar free creamer for the coffee. A small thing but not everyone can have sugar, it’s a health issue.

Unfortunately our room missed in a few areas. Cleanliness: there were bugs (alive and dead) on the window sill, in the dresser drawer, and in our bathtub. The carpet in the closet had obvious dust bunnies. The silverware tray had just 1 spoon, 1 fork, and 2 knives. The property was not full by any means but they put us in the front by the busy road.

Will stay here again!
This is the second time we have stayed here and we so appreciate the spacious and clean room with full size frig and coffeemaker that makes enough for 2 cups! The free breakfast is good too and most of your staff are helpful and friendly!

The suite was clean, comfortable and was equipped well. The breakfast area was quite nice and the food offerings diverse and tasty. We enjoyed an evening meeting other travelers by the outdoor fire pit. There are a variety of food chains nearby with easy access to highways.

The room was spacious and easy access. Our room had a very stale cigarette smell and the carpet seemed dated and stained. The staff was very kind and helpful though and our kids enjoyed the hotel breakfast.

Nice place
Very cute place. Roxy at check in was amazing. Only two items was the siding window next to bed didn't lock and hair conditioner dispenser broken and leaking in bathtub and could actually be a slip hazard. I discovered these things when it was after midnight and wasn't going to bother the front desk. Otherwise the place has easy access to highway and a lot of dining options. The neighborhood is safe and I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful weekend retreat!
My husband and I stayed for the weekend to go to King’s Island with some friends and we had a great stay! Customer service was wonderful, breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable and I was surprisingly shocked at how much you got for the price we paid! The room we stayed in was basically a studio apartment! Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave and full sized fridge! A cute little sitting area is provided with plenty of bathroom counter space and I loved how many mirror options they had for getting ready. Would definitely stay again when we come back to King’s Island!

The room was nice and spacious and it was great to have a full kitchen. Overall the hotel was nice for the price. Parking was easy. We felt safe as female guests. The bed was nice and cozy. There were a couple of very small cleanliness issues. The drinking glass I grabbed to use had regally thick lipstick prints on it and the shower had globs of conditioner in it. The bathroom smelled like mildew pretty badly too. Otherwise the stay was nice and I’d recommend this hotel.
