The room smelled like cigarettes and body odor. There was a pair of boxers behind the bathroom door, a sock on the shower rack, and when I open the blinds to open the window to try and air the room out there is an empty Red Bull can behind the blinds. Then the fire alarm went off at 12:50 am for 10 minutes and proceeded to have the alarm go off, randomly the rest of the night and morning. The only good news is since my room was next to the elevator that didn’t bother me as much as everything else.

Awful experience will never be back. Room was insanely disgusting lol had to be bed bugs there before seen white powder (treatment for bed bugs) on the base boards behind the bed smh. Room was dirty, had left over crumbs in the bathroom, staff was rude and not at the desk ever. Phone never worked

I started a case and I’m awaiting a refund. *I WAS TURNED AWAY AND DID NOT STAY THERE*. Lady working was stressed out. Housekeeping staff called in sick and no rooms were clean and ready. She told me to call Expedia for refund. I stayed elsewhere.

When we arrived I was told that I had no reservations. Originally I was planning on staying 2 nights but had called and canceled the first night but let the person that I spoke with that I would be staying the second night. After being told that I didn’t have a reservation I asked if there were any available rooms for the night and the desk person gave me a key so I could check the room out. The hallway leading to the room was filled with the smell of skunk . The room itself was awful. A broken torn apart stove, a broken down bed with no bedding, holes in the walls and floor. I couldn’t believe that this room was to be rented. Highly displeased

The dirtiest, bug infested nasty place I have ever stayed. There was a guy cutting another guys hair in the hallway. I checked out immediately after seeing the room. I hope to see a refund.

Front desk told me to inspect the room prior to check in. Thank God because I opened the door to my room and roaches scattered. Promptly left to another hotel.

We walked in and found people lying in the hallway, sitting outside of their rooms, they were clearly under the influence. Walking in the smell of marijuana was evident. The first room was obviously dirty, the second room when we opened the door had roaches in the sink and there was a person in the bathroom. We left immediately, it was filthy and unsafe.

Good staff, not sure short term stays
Staff were outstanding, rooms were very basic and mostly long term residents. Problem I had was there were many roaches. Not good

JUST RUN...
One if the most disgusting places ive ever attempted to stay a. I checked in about 7 by 10 i was out. Carpets appear to not have been cleaned in at least 5 years, the first unit they gave me had not even been cleaned, trash in it dirty towels an wash clothes bed still a mess. Everything has cigarette burns on it from the counters to the tubs, no stopers in the sink or tub, toilet paper that might as well been tree bark, stains everywhere, no chance you ever wanted to take your shoes off. The clientele was sketchy an thats being polite, the entire halls reeked of weed an it rolled right into your door, all doors appeared to have been damaged due to attempted force entry at some point. It didnt feel safe at all, the reviews for this property that I read, well they must be done by the owners, because no way anyone who actually stayed here gave it anything less than a 1 an if zero or negitive was an option I would have given it that. Please dont bring your family an especially children to thos place, you will surely leave ill! Nothing was sanitary!

Horrible, stay away
This is an extended stay hotel where people live there, the elevator smelled like weed ans so the hallway. The vinyl on the kitchen was all peeled off and the floor super sticky, the bathroom shelf dirty. The microwave light was on all the time even when the door was close, overall, this place is in need of an update and it needs to be advertised as extended stay. I would never stay here ever again, I regreted all night not packing my stuff back and check in on a nearby more decent place.

I wouldn't stay again
The location isn't that great. Not a lot of restaurants or gas stations around the area. The rooms were odd. Metal bed frames, no lamps, older tv, old carpet, no coffee pot. There was a refrigerator, stove (no oven) and microwave. Only one sheet on the beds to cover up with. No blankets so bring your own!! Halls were noisy and the whole place smelled like weed. A lot of dogs during our stay. There was a large hole cut out in the wall behind the room door for some reason. I killed a roach in the bathroom. 2 towels and 2 washcloths only. The girl at the front desk was nice during check in. I just wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

First off, this is NOT a conventional hotel and that needs to be made obvious! Its an extended stay! People LIVE there for periods of time. The lady at the front desk was very kind and professional, but thats as good as it gets. When i went to the room, i noticed the pillow wasnt even placed properly. There was some kind of tissue unflushed in the toilet. A wash clothe was just tossed on a shelf, and worst of all a dead bug on the floor. Then on the wall was a roach crawling! That was ENOUGH for me and my wife to turn and leave!

Tried calling 5 times on my way into town to find out about early check in. Showed up to a sign that said "On break" be back in 30 minutes. Came back later, the guy at the desk didn't even other to take his headphones off and told me no early check ins. Showed back up at 3, the whole place smelled of weed. There was no comforter on the bed and the pillowcases were plastic. There was no way to secure the door as half the latch was missing. Maintenance guy, came in without knocking. Thank goodness I was fully clothed. If you just want a cheap room to sleep in, I've seen worse, but not much. Staff seemed indifferent to my visit.

The place was infested with cockroaches. The mattress was flat on one side. Two fire alarms went off and fire dept came. No one contacted us about if there was a fire. We left the place and went next door.

The a/c unit was blowing air that stunk. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, however the hallway leading up to the room the smell of weed was very apparent. There were roaches in the rooms.

When we arrived at the place, no one was at the front desk. A sign said someone was going on break and be back in 30 minutes. Finally showed up, went and looked at one room and it was terrible! Went and looked at another room and thought it was OK but when we got there there was mold in the shower. Hairs in the sink. Refrigerator door was gross and there were roaches crawling on the wall. Nastiest place I have ever seen in my life.

The property was horrible. The rokms smell like urine. The carpets are filthy. The room was bot exceptionally clean. They charged neay $500 per week. They do not clean the rooms at all during your stay. You have to take out your own garbage, get your own linens from the front desk (if you can find someone there). The staff are never in the feont office. The office is not staffed between 11pm and 7am. You have to call a number and they decide if it is an emergency they will deal with. Most of the building entry doors are broken and do not lock. Anyine can get into the building.

Horrible
Floors were disgusting. Literally only stayed the night because we carried everything to the room already. Place was dirty everywhere. Someone tried to steal our car the next morning as we were checking out early. Had to get towed.
