리셉션 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 혼자 쓰기에 방 크기도 괜찮고 청결도 좋았으며 역이랑도 매우 가까워서 이동하기에도 편했습니다.

편안하고 친절한 비앤비
호텔인줄 알고 예약해서 처음엔 당황했으나 너무 친절하고 다른 비앤비와 다르게 오후7시까지 리셉션에 계셔서 열쇠를 못받거나 하는 일은 없을 듯. 물 수압강하고 온수 잘나옴. 아침은 5분정도 거리에 카페에서 이탈리아식 조식식사.

Tiny, noisy, no way to close shades to keep sun out. No lights in stairway to 3rd floor. No elevator. Like a bad hostel.

Dear David,We're sorry to read your review.Regarding your points, we have to specify to you and to future guests that the building has in fact lights on the stairs, at your left as soon as you enter it you find the switch to light them :)Our rooms have blinds (curtains) or shutters (which was the case in your room), so to have a dark room you have to close them.We would like to point out that we have rooms at the ground floor (no steps), first floor (only 7 steps).If our clients need, our recommendation is to ask at the booking moment a room for a room at the ground/first floor. My expectations were not high, this being a two star property, and the room and proximity to the train station were good. However, the absence of a lift is a real problem. If I had realised we seniors would have to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs, I would have booked elsewhere.

Basic Room in Good Location
The accomodation is fairly basic and the reception was not open at the times stated.The location is excellent and the room was clean.However the process for checking out with no reception was confusing.

Convenient to train station yet quiet
Clean hotel very close to train station, yet quiet. Staff very helpful. We got a room with two twin beds. One person thought beds were great, the other thought a bit too soft. Can't please everyone. I would start again.

Affittacamere 2 stelle di "lusso"...al check -in ci è stato illustrato in modo molto dettagliato tutto quello che c'è da vedere in città e dintorni e anche come muoversi. La stanza sembra da poco ristrutturata comprende 2 camere, ognuna con proprio condizionatore e televisore e 2 bagni impeccabili e dotati di distributori di sapone. È presente anche un piccolo frigo vuoto. Ottima pulizia. Colazione in un bar in centro, molto vicino, che serve prodotti biologici o, in alternativa, in un bar "tradizionale" ancora più vicino. Abbiamo visto strutture con più stelle e molti meno servizi...è stata una piacevole sorpresa!

This room did not feel like a hotel room but more like home. The service was brilliant and I feel suitable and safe for solo women travellers. Located near transport and the main town.

Great stay in La Spezia!
Very friendly staff, responsive to our requests. Great location to tour the area. Breakfast was nice but very basic. We had a great spacious room. But higher floors can be problematic with heavy luggage.

Vi bodde i La Spezia för att kunna utforska Cinque terre. Hotellet har perfekt läge eftersom det är väldigt nära tågstationen. Luca som jobbade i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsam. Rent och fint rum.

Very close to the train station which was great. Across the road from where breakfast is served and across the street from the pedestrian walk way with all the restaurants. No parking, unless you park at the station of a 10min walk away. A/C worked well, as it was very hot outside.

Perfect location
The management was very welcoming. The air conditioning worked very well. Any need we had was taken care of immediately. The location was 3 minutes from the train station.

Owner along with the girl at the office where very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 2 minute walk from the train station to go to Cinque Terre and if you pick the breakfast option the cafe for breakfast is just across the street. Would definitely stay here again very good experience, clean rooms,comfy bed and private bathroom.

The property is very clean and a perfect location just a few steps away from La Spezia Centrale train station. Plenty of restaurants in the area and it is a short walk to the marina. Perfect location if you want to venture out to Cinque Terre or even Portofino.

Great sleeping experience
Lots of space on the room, comfortable bedding and super clean sheets and towels. They did smell clean too. Bathroom was clean. Owner, Lucas, is very customer service oriented. Very close to train station, restaurants and coffee locations. La Spezia Port is a walking distance from his location within a pedestrian area, shops, eateries, etc... I have visited about 50 countries and many hotels with that. I would definitely book them again. No doubt about that.

El lugar es perfecto. Súper cómodo. Nos dieron sugerencias para ir a comer y un mapa de La Spezia. Pudimos dejar el equipaje en resguardo. Superó las expectativas en todos los sentidos. nosotras solicitamos una habitación en pisos de abajo porque llevamos equipaje y de inmediato nos respondieron que si tenían disponible y la reservarían para nosotras. Convenient and budget friendly hotel
This hotel is very close to the train station - convenient for travelling to cinque tierre ($2 - 4 euros each way) and minutes away from the old part of La Spezia, which is very nice. For those bringing their car, a completely free parking area is about an 8 minute walk away. Communication with the owner was by WhatsApp and replies were quick. This hotel is comfortable, but keep in mind that proximity to the train means some minor noise at night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Our check in started with our host Luca, the process went smooth and he was very welcoming! He then shows us to our room which was absolutely lovely. Hotel is very clean and close to the train station which was nice also. When I return to La Spezia I’ll be sure to stay here again!

The apartments are housed in a building that is 250 years old. Each of the original suites has been divided in to three units which have been nicely updated. The rooms are small but efficient, although the bed could have been better. Breakfast is across the piazza at The Cafe Elite. The staff at the hotel and cafe were all very helpful and friendly. The location can't be beat. You are about 5 minutes from the train station.

Nice place to stay in la Spezia
It was an amazing experience, the people was really helpful and kind. The hotel is something a little bit odd, because it is not a traditional hotel, there are some rooms distribuited in different building under one administration. Anyway it was good, in a good place
