It is important for us to have such feedback so that we can improve but We are very concerned by your review and the points you raise. First of all we would like to explain that we are not a Hotel and we do not want to be in any way. We are proud to be a B&B/Guest House and this is described very well in our ads, so you should have known before as well as the check-in rules and the late check-in fee. We are a small family run business, for this reason there is not a reception available 24h but We make a lot of efforts trying to anticipate guest needs and we will glad to welcome every guests even after our check-in time. For the benefit of other readers, the late check-in fee is applied only to those who do not advise us on their arrival time and You have not in any way paid attention to our various requests via email and several attempts at telephone contact to know your arrival time. You have shown yourself without paying any attention to our rules, which are clearly displayed on our online ads and in the booking confirmation, as we have tried to explain to you at check-in. For these reasons we think your review has a pure sense of unfair revenge. We understand your dissatisfaction with what happened and we're sorry you came late but filling your review of of an unjustified sense of revenge is not the solution. We always welcome constructive feedback as an opportunity to improve our service standards and facilities. However, we would like to explain that showing up at the check-in with your child having a reservation only for 2 people in which no child is mentioned cannot be considered a reason for complaint.We did our best to find you a room that could accommodate you all together. We then have offered to move you to a Room of a different category: a Deluxe Room the only alternative available, the Front Office has explained clearly that there was a supplement which you agreed to honour.I am sorry you were disappointed with this other solution as well as to blame our property for something that is not our fault has absolutely no grounds, and I have to say that I take great pride of our service standards recognized by the vast majority of our customers.For these reasons we think your words has a pure sense of unfair revenge.
