Hello, yes, the windstorm we had here knocked out our communication tower for internet and new parts are on order, and our very clean, well maintained rooms are in need or modernization, which is booked for this winter. Thank you for mentioning the excellent pricing, clean facility, well maintained outdoor pool and licensed patio, on site restaurant, laundromat and walking spaces that we have kept green and flowery during a 10 week drought..

Thank you for letting us know the Air Conditioning works great! Most people really like that when it gets 30 to 47 degrees Celsius here in the summer. There is a high quality hypo-allergenic Shampoo and Conditioner dispenser mounted in the wall of every shower stall in the facility, as well as a soap dispenser on the wall of every room beside the sink. The towels are literally no different than any room I have stayed at personally that are, minimum, double the cost and the mattresses and pillows receive very few complaints. This is the second in two years, so I guess that is a pretty good track record. Thank you for noticing the rooms, bathrooms and sheets are clean, which means that at least they met your standards, for the well below local peak season rates that we ask for our beautiful little individual rooms on the water. :)

Good morning, Amanda. We are no longer KOA and are just Clearwater Valley Resort. We have been doing a lot of upgrades to the facility since purchasing it two years ago, and the room upgrades are next on the list as soon as the last of the restaurant renovations are finished.
