Hi Soledad,Thank you for the review. Unfortunately it appears you were a little misinformed. We did in fact have roof damage from the storm prior to your arrival which in fact did cause some of our rooms to be placed out of service on a weekend when we were full. When this happens some reservations have to be moved to another location. I do see however all the rooms under your name were all kept here at our hotel. I do wish you had brought to our attention your issues with the carpet and room cleanliness when you spoke to our executive housekeeper so we could have addressed those while you were staying with us.
