This stay is for a person who needs a clean safe place to spend a night or longer at. Convenient to area shopping and to the legends ball field. No pool but we weee not there for vacation. We were there to watch a tournament.

Rooms are suppose to be suites and was just an average room with a small full size refrigerator and a stovetop- no closet- I have never been in a room with a mattress on a raised metal spring platform. Disappointing

The hotel was fine for simply sleeping . The staff was very nice and friendly. If you are seeking any amenities there are none. The shower was luke warm at best.However saying this if you need an inexpensive and clean place to sleep this is it.

1. there was a warm bad smell in the hallway as you get off the elevator. 2. when I went into the room and looked down I had track a dead roach in to the room as I looked around in the corners they were dead roaches under the cabinet in the corners. 3. there were live roaches crawling on the floor near the sink. 4. there was a monster stomping around upstairs with combat boots walking from one end of the room to the other most of the night and early in the morning!! 5. Awaken at 5:35 a.m. the bed being hit against the wall for hours. The bed is on roller wheels so it shifted . Believe the reviews folks!!

The outside light - on the wall 4th floor - shined into my room. Blinds don't help much. The light should be shielded or the rooms affected should have very heavy curtains. I could have read a newspaper with the lights off. The young lady at check in was pleasant.

Think of it as a baseline efficiency and everything is an upgrade. The room was clean and well organized. I didn’t have a problem with noise. The “free Wi-Fi“ for one (1) device per day, seriously. You can get up to three devices for $10 per day for regular Internet and $20 a day for premium Internet… It’s an efficiency but it doesn’t come with pots or pans, you can bring your own or buy a little set at the front desk for $20-30. Room service is once every two (2) weeks. Two towels and two washcloths; you can bring your own, wash the ones that are there, or pay them $10 to exchange for a fresh set. Mine had a full-size refrigerator a nice kitchen layout with storage above and below, an ample dresser with 50 inch TV, and cubbies over the clothes hanging area. Bathroom was ample.

Not the best for the price
It is a no frills hotel for sure. Front desk clerk was very nice. The floor in our room was filthy. It is a pet friendly hotel and there was urine all over the floor. It was also black. I used a towel to mop the floor and the towel had to be rinsed out a couple times because of all the dirt on the floor. Both nights there were some sketchy people sleeping outside on the front and back doors to the hotel. Also the 200.00 pet deposit is not refundable and that was not explained until check in. The front desk clerk asked if anyone had called before check in to let me know but that phone call never came as made to me. Definitely a property we not stay at again.

The fro t desk staff was extremely friendly but the First room they gave us already had a person in it, we found out when we walked in on him. The second room they gave us had blood stains in a few spots on the walls. We needed towels but there was no available at front desk after a certain time.

Not the best not the worst.
The man at the front desk i never got his name was amazingly courteous and friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. And a bit more pricier than it should be. The fridge was broken in my room but i decided to just not say anything. The beds were metal framed so uncomfortable. And only two pillows i asked for pillows multiple times but never received. This is a good spot if you’re in a pinch but other than that it needs some serious work. The guy at front desk kept me from making any complaints.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was full of sketchy people, spilling out into the parking lot. Dog poop left all over the grounds and when I took my own dog out after dark (6PM) I did so armed. Hallway carpets badly stained and people in nearby rooms fighting loudly late into the night.

The property was nice & has alot of room for potential. The refrigerator drs needed to be reversed, coffee pots in each room, cooking utensils, to be used with the stove & or microwave.

The place was relatively clean in the hallways. There was a small check in desk area, but they do not offer any complimentary incidentals, as we asked for a toothbrush and they had none. The whole building had two vending machines with limited choices. The room was clean but there were only two very flat pillows on the bed and they did not have any additional ones to offer. The bedding consisted of a sheet and thin blanket. While the room is for extended stay and had a kitchenette, there were no utensils of anything to cook in or eat off of. The windows have blinds but no curtains. The rooms are not noise proof so you hear all noise from the hallway and other rooms. If you want to access anything on your phone or computer, you'll have to pay for WiFi. The room offers one person very basic Wi-Fi for free, but it's nearly impossible to do anything with it. A plus was it had good water pressure in the bath however you'll have to bring your own hair dryer and there are no complimentary shampoo or conditioner. You get one bar of soap and two plastic cups. There is no coffee machine. Our stay was one night and it's a good thing because we barely slept and we were glad to leave.

I had a medical emergency and had to be transported to the hospital. Upon retrieving. My property by a dear friend, my new Apple earbuds and 3 rings were not present. This motel is not an extended stay location. The clientele is shady. As is the guy that stands with the his door open and walks the halls
