The staff was excellent. We chose to stay here because we were having a power outage in my neighborhood. This was a quick last minute 2-night stay because the electric company updated us that we would be out of service for 48 hours or so. If the weather had been a little warmer, we would have toughed it out at home. We chose this hotel because it is close to our home, and we could get back quickly if necessary. Upon arriving we parked in the rear lot and the first thing I noticed was a sign that said "Not responsible for damaged vehicles". When we walked through the back door I smells like smoke, urine, pool water and dirty hallways. I was appalled. I told my husband, we can't stay here, let's see if we can cancel. The entire hotel needs an update, but there are other areas that are not as bad, but still dusty and outdated. At the desk we wanted to cancel, but could not because we had booked through Expedia. When I got on the Expedia website, it would not let us cancel because the check-in time had expired. Now we were stuck with 2 nights at this nightmare. I spoke with the front desk and they made sure that we would be in an area that would be less noisy and a little more private. The front desk staff were excellent. Next time I book a last-minute hotel, I will read the reviews first like I usually do. The people staying here is the problem. I checked out after the 1st night and lost over $100 because of no refund from the hotel or Expedia.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bedspread, everything on the bed was clean and bright and white. A standard breakfast is offered and the pool is HUGE. Staff was very helpful and personable going out of their way to accommodate every guest. Room was adequately stocked with towels and even Dove hygiene products which was even nicer than some high end hotels I’ve stayed in. The fitness center was awesome and it had a lot of equipment. I would definitely recommend to friends and just anyone that needs a good and budget friendly place to stay. It’s a hidden gem among a bunch of hotels. This is my new go to hotel for sure.

Saddest breakfast ever. Facility in need of fresh paint, new flooring and some maintenance. Room floor and hallway not vacuumed. Desk staff were friendly and bed and bath were clean.

This property needs to be condemned..It looks like the Bates Hotel inside..Ice machine on the 2nd floor has been broken for months.Wires hanging out on the floor. The telephone in room 227 does not work..The water runs slow draining in the bathtub.They came in my room when I was gone and stole my food. When I checked out I explain my horrible experience and the clerk barely spoke english....Do Not Stay at this Hotel...!!!!!!

Nothing was great. Holes in walls. Sticky floor in room. Hallways smelled like smoke and pot. Paint was poor in room. Bathroom not put together well. Looked like hotel was shut down and just opened back up hours before arrival. Outside trash cans overflowing. Way overpriced for what you get. Will never stay here again. Not recommended.

rear hotel entry not secured, very dim bathroom light, no ventilation/fan in bathroom, hair found in the bathtub upon initial entry into the room, after first night maid service took our bath towels from hanging in the bathroom leaving us with only hand towels, maid service didn't provide fresh coffee cups, AC/Heater fan extremely loud, no refrigerator, small screen TV, no "channel guide" for TV service on screen or otherwise, night stand way too small for the crowded pile of hotel equipment placed there, lady during checkout was extremely polite and showed genuine concern

The property entrance from back parking lot to elevators is not easily accessible for the elderly. The breakfast was very sub par had spoiled milk, microwave was dirty, choses was very limited. Elevator was dirty and floor was sticky the whole three days I was there

The facility could use some upgrades. The heaters in the room was very loud, the faucets fixtures were broken, there are old tension rods in the shower and the water backed up in the tub.

The clerk at the counter charged me $23.50 for early checkin, the outside is filthy, the entire inside is in great disrepair, the room had stained sheets, molding walls, very dirty carpet, unclean shower walss, and outside had T housands of leaves from last year, and the main entrance extremely horrible. Shut this down, and stop lying with web pictures.

The hotel seems to be under renos which is not mentioned in expedia. The bathroom in the room was not nice. Some towels were dirty. There was not enough staff on the premises. I want my money back

The key cardds to get in, rarely worked. The free breakfast offered was a layout of microwave sandwiches and microwave pancakes. Someone tried to open our room door it was reported to the front desk and assistant manager and noone reached out to me at all. Scary situation. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I expected more after seeing the website. Very disappointed.

I chose this property called upfront asking about incidental i was told nothing if it’s paid by credit card otherwise 100$ cash Soon I got out of the Uber an older gent run out telling me I’m not allow dog( I have a service animal for my condition). Then lady had issue wirh visa I was putting in as it was a gift card my stay was already paid I put down 100$ then she no it’s okay but we don’t allow pet not sure how many times I have to tell it’s a service animal for my condition got room it’s was okay however nothing I mean no stopper for the bath which was never gave to me ..Room and hallway colder than outside put the heat it’s too much .Last my cart with luggages got stuck in elevator not opening not closing It took the maintenance person that yell at me for my service to open so I can get out .

There is no lighting in the parking lot. The hotel has a weird smell. All of the floors were extremely sticky. There was a large amount of hair in the bathtub.

Ayant déjà sejourné à cet hôtel par le passé. J'ai été très déçu de la propreté et de l'etat de la chambre. Lampe brisée, ménage douteux, corridors sales et accueil qui laisse à désirer.
