I liked that it was updated and very clean. They need hooks in bathroom to hand towels. Need more towel in bathroom/ When I checked in they could not find my IHG number and I had to wait for hours to check in. I hope I get credit for the hotel stays. I had to cancel a res at Livona Holiday Inn and they still charged me. I booked with Bookings.com Can you help? I travel for work and witll stay in Ohio many times in the next few months.

I arrived at 11:00 PM and was greeted with an amazing helpful check in. He was attentive to my needs and also helped me scheduling my airport shuttle for the next morning. My room was incredible. Quiet and comfortable and updated and the best spot I had slept in a week of travel. The next morning came quickly and Nimea was such an amazing shuttle driver. Thoughtful and helpful and kind no did t have cash to tip her and told her I wanted an Venmo account. I would recommend anyone stay here a thousand times over. Well done Hokiday Inn

Remodeled areas were very nice. Breakfast was very good. The only issue I have is the hold on the credit card. It should be removed after the room is cleaned and inspected. Not 2 1/2 days later.

Property under construction redoing the rooms housekeeping needs to get a little lesson on how to mop a floor never see anyone mop a floor didn't ring them up out really well the floor was soaked and wet and the staff just let it dry on his own which takes at least 30 minutes if she rang at the mop properly go back over it it shouldn't take that long to dry. Yes the wet sign was out but that was unnecessary water on the floor

My son reserved this room weeks ahead since he would need something close to the airport after attending football game . He was told he could pay at check in but they charged his cc the day before. Upon checking in he was required to give a $200 deposit. This fee along with processing room fee prior to check in as promised doesn’t seem totally honest. This happened at a Holiday Inn in Florida last summer and we were told it’s because we booked through Expedia and not directly with Holiday Inn. I have been a Holiday Inn customer for over 20 yrs and this will be our final stay with this company.

I was very impressed and happy with the front desk staff. I don't know their names, but it was an older lady and a young man. My wife is in a wheelchair. The front door was unavailable due to construction. We had to enter through a side door with a step up. Both of the front desk staff came to help us. It was very much appreciated. In the morning when we left another employee, I think he was maintenance was helpful as we left out the door. Our stay was Thursday Nov 16. We arrived around 5pm. We left Friday morning around 7:30. Thanks again for the great service.

Von außen war das Hotel wie alle amerikanischen Hotelbunker. Der Haupteingang war wegen einer Baustelle gesperrt. Man konnte das Hotel nur über einen schlecht zugänglichen Hintereingang betreten. Am liebsten wäre ich weitergefahren, aber naja… von innen war das Hotel in einem angenehm renovierten Zustand. Das Zimmer war sich überraschend sauber im Gegensatz zum Angestellten Personal. Ich konnte dort kein Frühstück zu mir nehmen. Nach einem Kaffee to go hatte ich genug. All in all war es gut, dass es nur eine Nacht war. Der Preis war auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt.

Not bad
This was not a bad hotel by any means but a little inconvenient for a few reasons. For starters the front is closed for remodeling or repairs and you have to use a side door to get in. Next the walls seemed thinner than your typical Holiday Inn Express, as I could hear a lot of hallway commotion and vehicles outside form the second floor. Lastly, breakfast was not great because the pancake machine was down, the drink machine was not working (so no water or juice), the cinnamon rolls were not set out early enough to be warmed and the staff was having an argument over staffing issues in a side room loud enough for me to hear. I went to breakfast around 6:20 so I assumed that would have been plenty of time to get machines turned on. However, the omelets were good and the bacon although greasy was really good. The bed was very comfortable, TV worked, shower was hot and refreshing and the toilet had a strong flush. Full size toiletries were available and plenty of towels. I would give this hotel another shot.

I really liked that this property was very convenient to all the major highways to make getting around easy. The rooms have been renovated and were very nice. I liked the option of the soft/firm pillows! The breakfast buffet was very nice.

The Hotel is very tidy, breakfast was good, but i really didn't like waking up to seeing something that looked like a camera located near the ceiling close to the refrigerator. I took a picture of this and needless to say didn't dress in the same room with the object. I hated that I put on pajamas the night before in front of this object. Room 108, I had rather not have my name mentioned because this hotel has my personal information. SAD, i won't stay there again. Thank you, Glenda
