친절한 직원 이였어요.
체크인시 직원은 매우 친절 했으며,저렴한 가격대비 룸은 매우 넓고 깨끗하였습니다.다만 체크인후 룸은 매우 추웠으며 하팅을 켰으나 기계소리가 너무 시끄워서 편안한 밤을 보낼수가 없었습니다.

The bathtub didn't even work, the bathroom and the room were dirty, the beds were dirty, the room smelled like marijuana.

Save your money, sleeping in your car is a nicer option. Holes that looked like water damage in the ceiling and walls (second floor). Reserved the “deluxe” room and the bathroom was so small the sink couldn’t even fit in there. Toilet paper roll had dried blood on the side of it. Shower curtain was cloth and did nothing to keep the bathroom dry. Guy behind the desk talked super quiet and mumbled the entire time trying to check in and had to ask him to repeat himself several times.

I checked in and they had no reservations for me even though I showed the email from Hotels.com. Then they wanted $200 incidental upfront fee, which will take 2 to 3 days to credit back to my account. Then I try to go to sleep, and I was felt like I was sleeping on the highway with the trucks and the cars And then I have to return my key, or I will have to be charged an extra five dollars

Charged a $200 deposit when checked in. Was told at check in that it would only be on hold on the card until we checked out, but it took it out the account. Was told it would be refunded to the account in 2 to 3 days, still haven't received it. The hallways smelled like skunks were turned loose in them from wacky tobacco smoke. Stayed two nights and they didn't do anything to the room as far as making beds,taking out trash, or giving us clean towels. The tv remote wouldn't change channels. Told front desk about it and they didn't do anything to fix the problem. No breakfast at all.

This property is incredibly sketchy and unsafe. No sound control between rooms. The room next to me had people yelling violently at each other. I left after 30 minutes, and they will not refund me.

The bathtub had mold in it, the carpet was no vacumed in the room, the bathroom was so small its almost impossible to shut the door without standing in the tub.

Very unhappy
I was in room 113 tile in bathroom was in disrepair toilet felt like is was going to fall over, did not feel like it was secure to the floor. No breakfast most hotels have at least toast bagels English muffins cereal you all don’t have anything but yet charge the same price as places that do offer this stuff. The only reason I chose this hotel was because you offered truck parking. I will find another hotel where I can park my truck next time I stop in Elyria

Wifi was only available in office area. I was not able to do any work without any internet , tv remote was not working and bathroom exhaust was not working at all .

It was disgustingly gross.. Filthy! The curtains would not close the window was broken held close be the curtain rod.. Sheets were dirty and stained... Worst hotel I have ever been in.

Good value, the property is dated but clean and met my needs very well. Check in was slow with only one person at the desk and the computer system in use very slow, but the person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was surprisingly good!

Good spot for a decent sleep.
Check in was fast and easy as was checkout. There was a 100$ deposit which is expected at most places. The room ia a decent size especially if your solo. The water was hot and shower roomy. AC unit was bit overly noisy, however nothing you can't just ignore. Bed was comfortable for a soft mattress. Easy enough to fall asleep and stay asleep. Overall can't go wrong for the price.

Initial front desk staff was very rude, no remotes, no do not disturb signs, in room iron not working, bathtub/ shower no safety bars and slippery. Overwhelming smell of mirajuana during my entire stay.

Our apologies that the front desk clerk was rude to you. The Do Not Disturb signs are available at the desk. We did check the iron and it was working. We do apologize that there were no safety bars in the shower, except in the accessible rooms. Also, our apologies that there was a smell of marijuana. We do have out guests initial that there will be no smoking in the rooms. Unfortunately, there are times when it is done and we do ask them to leave and charge them a smoking fee. (The no smoking policy covers any smoking)

Terrible oders. Stains on everything, carpeting, linens, towels. Lighting in common areas was unsettlingly dim. I'm glad this was a short stay.

Our apologies that you were unhappy with your stay. You stayed on a sold out weekend. We do have housekeeping in the rooms and common areas each day. We are sorry if the trash cans filled up before we could get to them. They are emptied several times a day. The hallways and lobby have multiple lights; however; only the lobby has the bright lights. The lights are dimmer in the halls. We will be sure to have our laundry crew be more vigilant with stained towels or linens.
