The accommodations were spartan like and the bed looked like something. Got up a dorm room, but the bed was very comfortable! The wood like floors were especially clean and so was rest of the room. I checked in after midnight, and the woman who waited on me was extremely friendly and very personable. She really made my day.

Upon arrival, the room didn't meet cleanliness standards—the toilet and floor needed attention badly. The toilet still had dried urine on it and what looked like cigarette ashes. The second room was an improvement but lacked proper upkeep. No toiletries or kitchen supplies were available, and the hotel lacked decoration, feeling quite stark. While the beds were comfortable, there was a lack of furniture for relaxation. It seemed that long-term residents with limited income occupied the place. Bringing my own blanket became necessary due to cleanliness concerns.

TV remote did not work, staff did replace. No toilet paper in room. Front desk closed, was able to track down a housekeeper whom provided me with two rolls. No staff at front desk from 10 pm to 10 am, no response to attempts at contacting “guest services” per lobby phone. No drop box for room keys, slid keys under the window. No “grab n go” breakfast as noted on Expedia site. Would never recommend.

I booked a Friday-Sunday stay. I got in around 7pm Friday and there was no one at the desk. I waited about 10 minutes before someone came for check in. The hallways are loud. You can hear people’s TVs and conversations. The AC/heat in my room wasn’t consistent, it didn’t have a “constant fan” option. THE LIGHTS ARE ON A 15 MINUTE TIMER. They turn off after 15 minutes and there aren’t any lamps!! I was gone 3am Saturday morning to 1am Sunday morning. It is a convenient location to the airport which is why I booked. I got back and my key card didn’t work. I had to call the number because the front desk closes at 10pm. Someone came and made me key cards, the guy on the phone told him the wrong room. He made me the correct keys, but never asked for identification. Anyone could have asked for the keys to my room and they would have been made. Oh and the elevator wasn’t working from the time I got back to when I checked out at 10am. I was on the fourth floor. (:

It's dirty and I didn't feel safe. We paid for 2 double beds in one room, but when we arrived , the front desk told me they have only one full bed in a room for us. There were three of us so there was no way we would all fit in a only a full size bed.

First arriving to the hotel our rooms TV did not work after we unpacked and put everything away I went to the front desk and instead of switching TVs I had to repack everything and move to a different room upon entering the new room there was no shower curtain so we had to take a shower with no curtain because by this time we did not want to move to a third room they said there was no maintenance till Monday such an easy fix however I don't see why maintenance would be needed then there was no food in the refrigerator and it definitely was not at its cleanest the hallway smell like garbage there was trash and dirty diapers laying around inside the drawers were filthy we found a scale which is used for drugs a pipe which you smoke marijuana in. Then management had their family there or friends they were swearing at each other kids were running through the hallways dropping food everywhere definitely was not the experience that I'm used to. And then on top of it the children were tying up the elevator so there was one elevator and they were running on and off all the floors holding it up was not my best experience there I would not recommend it to anybody.

Upon checking in I was given the room key and went up to third floor with all my luggage and keys did not work. went back down to inform staff and was given two new keys so went back up and did not work. Went to staff and explained I think the door is not working. They wanted me to go up again mind you with all my heavy luggage and I said no I have tried 4 keys now. So, the staff had major attitude and said there were no rooms left. So, I said what do we do then. So, a guy stepped in and said I could get another room but it was full size bed. It was my adult daughter and I but I had to take it. So, went up AFTER they went up to make sure "up to par" their words. Well, we get up and there is NO toilet paper so had to go back and get some. Then, we seen blood on the light switch which is biohazard and just disgusting. So, staff came up and I showed him and he said sorry but left ME to clean it!! I was appalled!! It was incredibly noisy and felt unsafe so we did not sleep. It sounded like banging on walls, gun shots and yelling. We got there at 7pm and left at 4:30am for airport and it was the worst 9 hours ever! I expect a refund for this mess.

Just Awful
Awful. The hallways smelled like smoke, but the room smelled like bug spray. Food was left in the refrigerator from the previous occupant, their opened soap was left in the bathroom, the bathtub had a dark film and clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. Also, worst of all, the sheets had stains and cigarette burns! I didn’t have time to deal with this, but the hotel was disgusting and I should be refunded.

There was no electricity. There was no water. The first floor flooded and the ceiling caved in and no one knew what was going on. Chaos.

Ok for a quick weekend visit.
Very nice property. Room was clean except for an old bar of soap left on top of the shower. The bed was broken and there wasn't a coffee maker in the room 😑
