Good morning, Mary Castillio, Again, I do apologize for your bad experience with your stay at our hotel. I'm happy that our off site manger was able to refund you $20.00. In the future if you do choose to stay with us might I suggest you reserve one of our Queen or Double Queen rooms for only $10.00 more a night. This is the manager and I did try to call the credit card co that night and they were closed. I did call the next day and they claim they are not responsible for the hold and that he would need to call his bank which is what I told him. He stated he was traveling and did not want to call his bank as they would probably shut his card off.
