Furniture run down, unkept. Breakfast taste like rubber (eggs.) Bacon very greassy and not cooked throughly, no fruit. Cold coffee. Bed pillows extremely soft, that why the bed had 4 pillows on it. Mattress slept good. Chip paint cracked on the walls. Refridge needed defrosting, and it did not get cold.

On the plus side, the bed was quite comfortable, but the room itself was quite small. the public areas could do with an uplift, it looked well worn.

Smelly, outdated, very poorly maintained and cleaned. Mouse droppings in the room, mold in the shower, stains on the bedding. Would not have stayed if I wasn’t exhausted from a day of driving. Went to get coffee in the morning g and a cockroach was crawling across the coffee carafe. Room was over 100 a night, very disappointed.

It was fairly clean and front desk was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Only downside was no hot water when we went to shower.

I drive a truck and needed a hotel for the night. Was given a price over phone and got there and they wanted to charge more. Wanted to do laundry but their machines were broken. Breakfast was disgusting, sausage over cooked and dried out, orange juice was water down, my fiance got cereal and the milk was spoiled. Only good thing here was parking for a semi and a waffle house walk to.

I felt unsafe at this property. Deadbolts missing on doors. Would never recommend staying here.

My first experience here was a lot better. This stay I had two complaints, first house keeping knocks 15 mins before checkout (wait 15 mins please) 2 is a biggie 2 roaches crawled around the edge of the refrigerator. I never reported to management because I was checking out didn’t want them to think I was just trying to get a free stay but felt like I should put it here for you all.

It was a place to lay your head as it is one of the only hotels in Warsaw. It is definitely not up to Quality Inn standards. When we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes until a receptionist came to check us in. I noticed this was the case with all entering the hotel- a sign was posted saying "be back in 10 minutes" and to ring bell (which did not work for service). I called and inquired about the pool as a review I read said it was not opened for use. The person I spoke to said it would be opened for use 4th of July. We stayed the 4th-7th and it did not open once the whole weekend. The pool was in good shape, but was not cleaned out from leave debris. When coming down again to visit family we will opt to stay at another location (13 miles away).

Worst hotel I've stayed at in my life - avoid!!!
Disgusting and unsafe. Had two rooms, each door at a broken lock. One door would not close automatically; you had to lift and pull/push close. Stains on every bedding surface including a saliva and blood stain on a pillow. Ceiling water leak in one room which soaked one of the beds. Mildew growing on the bathroom vent and hairdryer. Very dirty coffee maker. TV was disconnected in one room. Hallway carpets were badly stained. Couldn't eat free breakfast due to concern about overall cleanliness - luckily there's a Waffle House next door. Unfortunately the photo upload capability appears to be broken. If you stay, make sure you have your hobo stab insurance paid up.

Shelia from housekeeping was such a doll. She was very helpful when asked to change the bedding when we checked in. The young lady at the front desk was also knowledgeable and nice. As far as the property, it needs work. Inside the room needs major upgrades. Pool wasn't in service durung our whole stay. This hotel is like a whole in the wall. I hope this hotel make major upgrades asap.

Advertised pool but POOL was NOT open and had no water in it. When I asked about advertisement, the response was that "we do have a pool." Still, no water in it. One of the reasons we booked there was for pool use as we both need water therapy. Breakfast was ONLY satisfactory. It was minimal with instant eggs and bad sausage meat. Cold coffee. Not Great, Not Happy
I booked a one night stay at this hotel for Memorial Day weekend. It’s only about an hour from the beach and thought we could do the beach during the day and then the pool in the evening. The pool was not open and will not open until June. There are renovations being done and there was no elevator. I didn’t find out any of those things until I checked in. There were holes in the wall, chipping and peeling paint, handwritten notes and signs everywhere and the breakfast area was sticky. I had to carry all of our belongings for 5 people up the stairs and the hallway was HOT and the ice machine was broke. These things should have been mentioned on their website or as a note on hotels.com. It didn’t ruin our time as a family but I was very disappointed with the hotel. This last is a first world problem but I bring my roku stick everywhere so my kids can watch their movies and I couldn’t change the input on the tv to get it to work. Not a serious problem but just another annoyance following all of the other issues. I would not stay here again. Although the location was convenient and had a lot of food options.

Had Issues
Hotel under remodeling. We didn't count that into rating. TV didn't work. Front desk came got it on but remote didn't work. Pillows were small and hard to sleep on. Charged us almost as much as room for pet fee (50.00) which Hotel.com did not advise on site. Those were the bad. Best average hotel trying to get better.

The place was not as advertised. Some of the room mnumbers were missing and replaced with a number written on a piece of paper held up by masking tape. The carpet was old and coming up off the floor. It was just bad.

My room was supposed to be non-smoking. The room smelled as if a large amount of deodorizer was used to cover the smell. One of the coverlets on the bed had burns in it. I found out the next morning, by accident, that the card key on the door did not actually lock the door. Luckily, I used to two mechanical locks to lock the door while I slept with my kids.

I walked in and saw a bedbug on the pillow. Went straight back to the counter with a picture and the lady at the front desk said it looked fresh. As if I brung the bed bug in there with me. She was very rude. Didn’t apologize or show any courtesy. I will never go back there

The security doors do not lock. The fire doors do not close. The double pull-out sofa was smaller than a twin with a stained mattress and broken holders so you couldn't sleep on it. The door lock was faulty and hard to open. The hot water for tea was cold. The toaster only toasted on one side of the bred.

Will not return.
I was sent to an isolated area due to construction that was all over the motel. One other car in the parking lot-which as a woman traveling alone made me a bit nervous. When I arrived, my room door was open with the doorlock holding the door open. There were floor tiles missing but generally the room was clean. Two of the pillows did not have pillowcases, and they were only four pillows on a queen size bed. The door lock was missing off the door, inside latch, and Most importantly, the motel did not have an elevator. I have a disability which requires a cane and I was not aware of this situation when I booked the motel room. This hotel stay was not worth the $90 that I spent on it at all. I will not come back.

The staff was not considerate, we mistakenly only applied 2people my the booking for 2 beds in a single room for 5 of us, and once we arrive the staff demanded that we eached paid $10 in addition to the room fee. We left and considered their fees when booking a my next hotel.
