Found a dirty sock that wasn't mine in the bed. Were sheets changed? Blankets on bed were tattered. Heater did not work in room, a space heater was plugged in. Key card lock on door didn't work (you could just open the door without a key) so the latch over the door was always on. The area wasn't really sketchy but happy they allowed my dog, as it made me feel safer. Front desk staff were nice. The mattress outback should get pitched. The front lobby and things in general were dated but clean (outside of the sock, mattress and tattered blankets).

This property is very outdated. The door to my room did not lock from outside. No key card was needed to enter. The management was never at the front desk. When I discovered the door did not lock, I notified the management by phone and the lady said her husband was sleeping and he would fix it when he woke up. I had to leave so I packed up all my stuff and took it with me. This was very inconvenient. I was not offered another room. The sheets and blankets have holes and torn. The pillows were very flat. There was a ring of dust around the walls in the entire room. The toilet seat was wood it was worn and splintered and very stained up. I would not recommend this facility.

Clean & Comfortable
Super 8 is a good value -- very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are no frills and it could use some updating, but I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The staff were all very nice.

The morning after we checked in as we were leaving for the day we discovered that the door to our room did not lock. We had to leave and management wanted us to wait for maintenance to fix it later in the day and leave our stuff unprotected in the room. The exterior doors to the building do not lock and anyone can walk into the building. After some discussion on how unsafe our stuff would be if left unattended, manager finally agreed to move us to a different room. Several light bulbs were burned out in both rooms. The rooms were clean but very outdated.

The sheets had holes in them, and didn't fit the mattress. Lumpy bed and flat pillows. One star hotel. Convenient to the interstate is the best thing about this hotel.

The sheets were so old you could read through them. Also, the towels were old and yellow clean, but very old. The drapes were old everything needed to be refurbished. The staff at checkout refused to give me a receipt to check for extra charges , said that it was their policy that I had to get it from Expedia only

Smelled like cigarettes
The whole place smelled of stale cigarettes. Our room that was non-smoking clearly used to be smoking because there was cigarette burns in the carpets, the lamp shades had nicotine stains on them and the walls had clearly never been painted. My allergies bothered me all weekend because of the stale lingering smell of cigarettes. Plus, I had to plug in two different lamps and the alarm clock because they weren’t working when I got in the room. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good in the shower.

The staff were creepy and overbearing. Breakfast was disappointing. Mattresses were too big for the boxsprings. Online it said the room sleeps 5 with a pullout, but there was no pullout in the room.

Absolutely your BEST CHOICE
This is the CLEANEST HOTEL that we've stayed in! Stayed one night & it was nice & quiet. Microwave & mini refrigerator seemed new. LOVED THAT THERE WAS A DIRECTORY in room & had listed local restaurants. Staff was VERY FRIENDLY. Breakfast had cereals & waffles, but, we missed it. GOOD LOCATION, easy to find, right off highway. Will stay here again!

This hotel needs a deep cleaning. The floors and walls were dirty. The towels dingy and frayed. The exhaust fan in our bathroom was very noisy, sounding like it would break. Breakfast was promised on the website but when we checked in, we were told that there was no breakfast available.
