Our room was great. We had 3 bowlers and separate bedrooms for each bowler. Beds were good. Prices were great.

Excellent motel. Kids LOVED the well-kept pool. Super clean and spacious, we enjoyed our stay. It was excellent value for money and the owner was very attentive. Room was extremely clean and functional.

Great value. Comfy beds. The blue stone gravel makes for early departures being noisy. Being picky. Otherwise. Check a breeze and friendly. Road noise good. Rooster at 6:30am needs to be spoken too.

Nice cozy Motel. Family Room was great for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Nice pillows. We will stay here again when we're in the area.

Barooga's finest

Only negative was a neighbor who had an electric device playing all night at volume. Staff were accommodating room spacious and well presented, outdoor pool was appealing and pleasant place

This is a lovely quiet property with fantastic hosts, it may not be as flashy as some but the rates are reasonable and the place is supremely clean

Clean and comfortable

One night stay. Room a very generous size, comfortable bed. Great kitchen with microwave, portable stove top and ample utensils. Bathroom facilities were great. Lounge seating with dining table and chairs. No complaints about anything. Very quiet. Great BBQ area as well. Also great wifi, along with Foxtel television

It was a wonderful motel with fabulous pool and camp kitchen. The bathroom was stashed with everything you needed. I shall be back. Had great time and 10min walk to sporties club

Great little motel!

Lovely little motel with beautiful solar heated pool. Such nice and friendly hosts too! The room is a little old fashioned but had cooking ability and everything we needed to have a nice 3 day relax. Lovely part of our holiday and close to Thompson’s beach (few minutes in car) and the rest of cobram is accessible too.

Great convenient small motel worth staying

Have stayed before with previous owners and stayed again with new owners. Reason for staying was been before, best value for money find it quiet and huge selection of Foxtel channels. Comfortable bed and only 8-12 rooms,great Chinese food in walking distance, room had hot plate and equipment to prepare meals if chosen to. I would definitely recommend this property and when in the area it’s definitely the only place we will stay.

A little dated but everything you could want

This is a very comfortable motel with kitchenettes with everything you need supplied. Yes it looks a little dated but it is very clean and very comfortable. There is free foxtel, free wifi and nicely appointed room that is well set up. We slept very well and will be back again on our next time through Barooga.

very friendly

very comfortable motel. great price and good to have a little kitchenette. managers were great nothing was a problem and very willing to help if needed. i would recommend this motel.

Comfortable and convenient

It was great to have a little kitchen so we could make our own simple meals. Room was very comfortable and even though motel is located on main road, because it's set back it's very quiet.

Quiet Location - Barooga

This motel offers a quiet location across the road from the botanical Gardens. Functional kitchenette is a bonus.

Definately would choose this hotel again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunrise Hotel. We were so impressed with Matthew & Jacqueline's warm welcome and nothings a problem attitude. The family unit was very comfortable and clean. It had a pool and a wonderful communal area for playing supplied games and having a BBQ. We will definitely stay there again. thankyou Jaqueline xxx

Friendly, quiet and great facilities.

Really happy and would have no hesitation staying there again. I have stayed at other accommodation in Barooga and I feel this was the best.
