We are so delighted to know that you really liked the room and atmosphere.At the outset we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay with us. I have gone for a detailed investigation on the issues and I believe that your hot water complaint came on late night and our technicians rectified the same immediately. Regarding the Television, we are extremely sorry that we couldn't rectified the problem since it was a technical error happened by the service provider called Tata Sky at late night. We followed the issue continuously and we could rectified maximum at early morning by next day. Hope you understand the issue and looking forward to welcoming you in future.
