I had a great stay. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was well maintained and all requests were taken care of promptly. Well managed hotel. A big "thank you" to the management and staff.

Property is in a central location within walking distance to main shopping shops and malls.Very easy to get Uber and public transport from here. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Cleaning of the room was done everyday. Cleanliness was maintained both inside the room and out.Food was excellent both at the breakfast buffet as well as in the Canopy Restaurant. Bathroom fittings need to be updated..so also the curtains.

Our stay at the Hotel Abad Plaza Cochin was enjoyable in every way - clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast buffet, proximity to sights of interest, and cost. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location. The food is great and reasonable in price. Wear tear is obvious . A safe box for locking up valuables would have been great. It was not there in the executive room we booked.

This hotel and its' staff were way above my expectations. It's like an older style majestic hotel that could easily fit into inner London with thick carpeted spacious rooms, and wide carpeted hallways so very quiet. My room had wide windows for plenty of natural light.

Nice, central hotel with pool
Central on MG road. Nice pool and sunbeds on the roof. Breakfast buffet has a lotox Inian dishes and a limited assortment of Western food. Omelette and toast. Corn flakes, but no yoghurt. Staff very helpful. Located next to a a shopping mall with a few restaurants and a large supermarket.

カレーに飽きたら
一泊だけでしたが快適に過ごせました。荷物を部屋まで運んでくれた方が、一見怖そうだけど、笑顔がステキな優しい人だったのが印象的です。１階にはカフェがあり、歩いて数分のところにフードコートがあるモールもあるので、カレーに飽きたときには良いと思います。

Goed zakenhotel in Ernakulam. Hulpvaardige medewerkers, ontbijtbuffet en grote kamer. Prima om te overnachten of te werken maar verder totaal geen sfeer. Airco draait volop in het hele hotel. Best koud in de kamer en raam kan niet open, Wifi werkte goed maar wel na 48 uur inlogcodes vernieuwen.

Rooms were comfortable. They added additional beds at additional costs for children, which was not specified while doing the booking online at hotel.com as it was showing that 3 people could be comfortably allocated in Queen bed, which is not the case in reality. The shower handle came out while using the shower, which we managed on our own.

Had a pleasant experience during my stay, staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurants had a good choice of menus in kerala style as well as continental. Rooms were clean and neat even though the overall decor of the hotel looks jaded due to the number of years it has been operational.

Satisfied Stay
I feel it is worth fore the money I spent for my stay at Ernakulam on 26-04-2014. The stay was very comfortable and I could relax in an atmosphere where Silence is the priority.

Nice stay
We only stayed for a night to get closer to the Airport. The hotel has a nice rooftop swimmingpool. Good for some relaxing between shopping. A couple of shoppingcenters close by.The only minus is that they DON´T serve beer at the hotel.
