DO NOT STAY HERE in Cochran, Ga.
We were in room 132. Floors are nasty and dirty. Bathroom floor should have been replaced years ago! Toilet paper holder torn off wall. Light fixtures on wall above bed were very rusty. TV good and AC good. Did not try refrigerator. Towels extremely thin and small. All furniture very worn. This was one step up from a flop house! Ice machine outside did not work.

The staff is very nice people and the rooms are very clean!! This is my go to place when I want to get away!!

Wall paper peeling off the walls. The refrigerator was dirty. Stains on the carpet. Looked like no one had vacuumed in weeks.

The staff was very friendly so I hate to rate the place so low but it was just horrible. The magnetic key wouldnt work so the gentleman offered to let me in each time I needed in but I didnt feel that was appropriate so he ended up giving me a master key. The refrigerator was unplugged and open and did not smell great. There were crumbs on the night stand as well as bags of McDonalds in the top dresser drawer. The floor very dirty so needless to say I kept my shoes on. The restroom was just as bad but the toilet was clean which was a plus. The linoleum was coming up on all edges and was dirty. The TV worked which was also nice. All in all I wouldnt stay here again and did cancel my reservation for Tuesday.

The place is run down. Toilets and bathtubs worn out. The first room they tried to give me was in such bad shape until i wouldn't accept ut. I don't think they will be in business long if they continue to not put some money into the place. I think they should greet their guest with a much better attitude no matter what they look like.

The room was not clean. There was pubic hair on the sheets. The mattress is old and hard. I slept on a throw blanket I brought with me and covered up with my coat. I was awoken by something crawling on my face, it was a small roach bug. Awoken again by the sound of someone throwing up in the parking lot. Overall it’s a rundown hotel that allows long term stays. Not at all as advertised.

Its close to restaurants, local businesses, and historic downtown Cochran. Plenty of parking. Staff considerate and helpful. Older facility, would recommend some renovations.

Forgot to tell them I was in wheelchair. They were very nice and changed my room with no problems I have stayed there before and will again

Not much of a choice in this town
The staff weren't friendly. They live on the property in the front office. The ceiling in the bathroom was wet & molded. You could tell where the ceiling needed repair. The bathroom floor looked as if had never been swept or mopped. The hand rail in the bathroom was broken. The faucet was pulled away from the wall. The place was very out of date, but there isn't much of a choice in this town. We were visiting a relative & we didn't have much of a choice in places to stay. I was told to go to Eastman, GA to stay instead of Cochran, GA. The crowd that hangs out around this place is sketchy too. I felt very uncomfortable & I wouldn't go outside after dark. It may be a place where drug addicts congregate. I will not return to this property.

For the price, it's fine. It was clean, the AC worked, and the shower was decent. The bed wasn't great.

Perfect place to stay for Work
I get called to work in Cochran several times a year and this place is perfect and close to town. The office staff is very nice and helpful!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
This was THE FILTHIEST, most disgusting "hotel" I have ever seen in my life! We had driven straight thru from Iowa over 20+ hours for a funeral. We got in at 3:45am on a Saturday, had to wake up the manager to check in and she made us pre-pay for both Friday & Saturday, without us even having seen our rooms. It was pouring down rain but we were all so exhausted so we begrudgingly took everything into our rooms. My mother's door to her room wouldn't even lock. The doors are directly to the outside so anyone could come in at any time. We lasted there about 30 minutes and then I went back to the manager's room, woke her up again and demanded we have our money back. I informed her of the cockroaches in the bathroom and the door that wouldn't lock. All she had to say was the door wasn't locked from the inside but it would be locked from the outside. I told her I wanted my credit card transaction voided; I didn't want credit for it. I wanted it voided immediately as I was going to have to go find another hotel room and if she ran my card, it would tie up those funds up for up to a week. She did not do as I asked. She credited both my mother's and my credit cards back but did not void the transactions. She didn't so much as even offer an apology of any kind and seemed extremely upset that I had even wasted her time and for waking her up. I cannot even believe that this hotel has passed any inspection EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE! And, we found out that they have reports of bedbugs...

Drug infested dump.
Nasty, blood splatter on walls, tv, mirrors, floor. Rooms smelled of drugs. Will never stay here again, couldn't change rooms or hotels since only two were sold out

Cochran - nice town.
For the price, our stay was Okay. Nothing special. No toilet seat lid. Missing light bulb. Only two hangers[ but they did supply 3 more when requested]. Ample parking. There was some noticeable road noise. Bed seemed to be old spring type. But okay.

Booked online and photos do no justice. This place is outdated and needs a lot of work. Wall paper on walls coming off, carpet stained, dead cockroaches under pull out sofa bed. There was a large gap in the door so that the creepy crawlers could get in. Luckily the weather was cold enough that it was not bug season.

Reasonable for Price
Reasonable rate for a 2-star hotel. Typical wear and tear for a hotel this age, but was clean including the bedding.

Good hotel for the price
In town for a friends reunion. Hotel was 10 minutes from reunion site so convenient. Average hotel but for the price was a good choice, not many choices in the small town of Cochran so worked out good for my trip. Also, close to Interstate 16.
