We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Management had stepped away from the office for a bit when you were trying to check in. There is no excuse for this shortcoming. We would like to make it up to you if you are ever in the area again by offering you a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. Thank you for thinking of the Big Bear.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize for any of the discomforts of your stay. The room you had does take a bit for the water to come out warm. It draws from an on-demand water heater with a fair bit of distance between it and the room. We would like to make up for this by offering you a more comfortable stay if ever you are to return in a more accommodating room. Most of our rooms are not set up like the one you had booked and all of our beds are newer. Thank you for choosing the Big Bear, we hope your stay in the area was otherwise pleasant!
