Hi Anne!I want to apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. I have brought your feedback about the chlorine smell in your room to our engineering department so they can institute a fix.Our service provider for the cable service is currently undergoing maintenance and changing their lines over to fiber. This has caused our TVs to glitch periodically, but they normally correct themselves within an hour or so. I'm sorry you experienced this issue, but we've been told it will be corrected shortly.I hope you come visit us again soon so we can have another chance at impressing you!Thank you!

We do have odor neutralizers in the common areas and hallways to alleviate smells that may be coming from another guest's room - I'm sorry that this didn't seem to help during your stay.I'm sad to learn that the room didn't live up to your expectations with the road noise and a deodorizer smell. In the future, if you're experiencing any issues like this, our friendly front desk staff would love to take care of them by moving you to a more quiet or less nasally offensive room!
