Weekend Stay
Apartment size was exceptional. 3 Bedroom Garden view. Large living area. Big kitchen. Two bedrooms good size with comfortable beds. Master bedroom huge. The room had everything that you need. The only negative was that the roller shutters and screen doors were difficult to use as the rolling mechanisms need a bit of work. This does not at all though affect your stay though. We were here for two nights. Could easily have stayed much longer. Great venue.

This was a great weekend stay for my family of 5. We will be most certainly booking again. The only this possibly due to my own lack Of knowledge was the workings of the TV and couldnt find a manual. But didn’t need to watch much TV as we were busy doing other things. Love it.

Was told at check in the pool wasn’t working. As this was only thing to use and having kids was very disappointing and no discount offered after paying high rate to stay $$$$

This was a decent property where it had all the amenities required. It was clean and well presented. Though some of the furniture seemed old and surely needs replacing. But again personally no problems, i would go back if in the area again.

Very dated property in need of a complete overhaul. One of the lifts was broken down. Tennis court was the highlight.

The property was good 20 odd years ago - now it's in gracious decline. Rooms are big but seriously need a refurbish. Air con only in living room and can't be felt in any of the other rooms. Staff friendly enough but don't understand the international hotel industry. I booked a one bedroom with sea view. As they only had a two bed available they locked one bedroom and one bathroom. Of course that's what I remember and it's not a good memory. They would create more goodwill by "upgrading" to the 2 bed without any further cost to client. It's what all the best hotels do internationally.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We are sorry you felt unhappy. We are an apartment block with 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. In order to make it more affordable for a couple to stay when they may not need two bedrooms we do offer a cheaper 1 bedroom option. Guests can choose to take this option up and then yes the 2nd bedroom and main bathroom are locked down. This is common practice in apartment buildings and certainly means some guests can have a much needed get away. We do hope you enjoyed your stay. This location is second to none with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the ocean you cannot get sick of that view! Our unit was very spacious with its open plan concept, it didn’t even feel like we were in a unit at all. My one concern however is that the height of the balustrades on the balcony are very low. Even my partner and I were quite cautious about standing too close to the edge so if you have children I would not feel at all comfortable for them to stay in this apartment.

Location, views and amenities are brilliant. On the balcony the height of the balustrade is nothing short of dangerous, where it's to building code of the day or not is irrelevant. 90cm for a 16 storey drop is not enough. It's currently a minimum 120cm for fencing pools.

Spacious, clean nicely decorated and appointed. Liked additional thoughtful touches, such as providing games, shopping bags, beach toys etc. Free unlimited internet and Foxtel.

Wonderful place to stay, very friendly, welcoming and helpful receptionist. Felt welcome and made feel at home. Spacious apartment, a lot of kitchen utensils, comfy beds, nice view, great place to sit on the balcony for dinner and drinks. Would come back anytime.

Great views, convenient location
The property was in a very convenient location, being within walking distance of the beach, and only a short drive from the shopping centre and restaurants. Whilst the building itself was showing some age, the interior was beautifully decorated and the view was unbeatable. We had a very enjoyable long weekend here and wouldn’t hesitate to choose it again on our next trip up the coast.

Wonderful stay. Full kitchen and laundry. The ocean sounds were very relaxing. The only con was that there was no screens on windows or door, so you had to close up at sundown.

Amazing view. Property stated it was wheelchair accessible which it was however once inside the apartment the bathrooms were not.

The pool is exceptional for holiday accomodation. 1 bedroom was small but the en-suite bedroom was great. The living room/ dining room and kitchen were terrific, the wrap around balcony was exceptional and the peek of ocean view made all the difference. We had a wonderful, relaxing and enhiyable time and I would definitely stay here again and recommend. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating - all of them were so friendly and made us feel as if we mattered - it was not just business.
