Thanks for your feedback.If you see your booking, you did book 2 rooms and both were smoking room that you booked.And the roach story, I’m sorry I don’t buy it. We just did an expensive pest treatment an entire my Motel, and I have a certificate as well.You booked two rooms single bed smoking but as a courtesy, we upgraded you for one room non-smoking, two bed at no additional cost…So you might be comparing the smoking room versus non-smoking definitely, he will find some difference.Still, thank you for staying with us

Thanks thanks for sharing your feedback.We are dog friendly Motel. This is the biggest Banner at the entrance says we are dog friendly.And is unfortunate that you have the bad experience. We give you FULL refund as you decided not to stay. You may have a different plans as we offered you a different room with FREE upgrade, you choose not to stay at all in the city.

Thanks for your feedback.We have ‘Beauty Rest’ brand mattress. Most of them are less than 1.5 yrs old.Rooms are cleaned with bleach water every 48 hrs occupied or vacant.We will try to improve.

Thanks for your review comments. Soap are wrapped in the face towels (most of the time), no shampoo is provided as of now.For ice, we have ice machine in common area and not at each room. But we have refrigerator if anyone wish to store ice in the room. Thanks

Sorry for your poor experience due to your misunderstanding on our pet policies.Our pet policies is in big banner at the our front office that states we have a 10 per pet per day and you had four dogs so 40 per day. What is the dog fee (and in the best of my understanding fee are not refundable) we had deposit of 10 that was refundable deposit if no damage to the room I don’t know which Party could not understand.I Requested you to come and read the policy banner you did but still you denied that you understood it. I’m sorry again. Hope you will find a better place for next time. So technically, we do not owe you anything.

Sorry for your experience and confusion with us. I double checked the video recording, and spoke to front office staff as well; he was not aware that you have booked online hence asked to pay the rent, as soon he was notified that you have online booking there was no question of payment at all. Apologies if you felt that we tried to double charge you. There are 2 quick note from our end as well:1. You booked a smoking 1-King bed room online and you got one. After coming to the motel you said you want non-smoking room but we did not have 1-king bed; we rather had a non-smoking room with 2-Full bed which was upgrade (technically) and we asked if you want to pay (10) for upgrade to 2-Full bed room that you refused and continued with the smoking room you booked.2. There were fresh n clean towel &, napkins in the room but you got them changed with other fresh n clean towels and bedsheets. Also there was paper towel but you wanted one more (its not that the paper was totally missing in the room).However our sincere apologies for your experience, we will try to improve at our side as well by working with staff more closely.

Thanks for your kind feedback. We have taken appropriate action to address your points towards Towels. After COVID situation, we discontinue the coffee pots as demand and uses were drastically reduced along with other reasons. But we can consider it again as management.

Thanks for your kind inputs. We have already addressed and provided hooks to all the bathrooms after your feedback. Yes unfortunately the week of your check-in, all the non-smoking rooms were occupied/booked. Thanks again.
