The hallways and the elevator were really dirty. You could tell the elevator had not been swept or wiped down in a long time. Our bedding looked dirty. We could not tell if it was all just stained, or truly dirty. There were spots on our pillow cases, sheets and comforters.

The room had an unpleasant odor, room wasn’t clean, appeared to be dried vomit down the side of one of the beds, no wash cloths in the room, candy and other unknown items inside the heating/air conditioner.

Awful stay. Very scary area and crowd surrounding the property (ski masks, drugs, alcohol, yelling). Room was dirty, burn holes in the bedding, loud hallways and other guests, very unpleasant sleep and stay.

The sheets and blankets were all stained, the carpets were dirty, the sofa cushions were torn and falling apart and when wet, the bath mat turned yellow. That staff was okay, not rude but not polite. I was very concerned when they asked me for identification for my service dog, and when shown, they didn't really understand, making me feel they didn’t know the laws. The walls needed a paint job badly.

When my girlfriend and I checked in and went to our room it wasn't very clean. The floor between the beds and behind the night stand had food crumbs all over. There was fast food wrappers and cups behind the tv stand, the toilet wouldn't flush without taking the lid off the tank and pulling the chain. Over all it was a nightmare and I will not stay there again. Totally put a strain on our time with the family.

Overall my stay was just...ok. Service at the desk was good and the lobby and common areas seemed clean. I stayed in room 317 and it was very gross. Food/baby toys and clothes behind the dresser in the living room. Something splattered on the couch I had to wipe off and something splattered on the bed skirt I had to wipe off. The toilet didnt work correctly and several times I had to tinker with it to get it to flush. It was a suite and there was only 1 tv (in the bedroom) which was not convenient at all.

It's bad practice to lie to people...
We rented three rooms for our family, my pastors family and our friends family. Our room had stained sheets and bedding. Our pastors room smelled like garlic and had holes in the closet door along with crayon markings all over the walls. Our other friends room smelled so strongly of garlic that she asked for another room but when she went to the new room it smelled like a gym bag full of stinking shoes and clothes. She asked for another room and the guy at the front desk told her to check her bags because it was probably her clothes and he wasn't going to give her another room. They also lied and said they have been remodeling the kitchen for 7 days and thats why they weren't giving the breakfast that is advertised but we looked on the reviews from over 4 months ago and seen that they've been giving this same excuse for months. I won't be staying there again.

Upon check in we were told the entire property was non smoking, however every floor strongly smelled of marijuana at all times of the day and night.

Best bed I have slept on in a hotel!
I was not expecting much because of the low price, but! I had a better night's sleep on the softer mattresses at the Rodeway Inn than I did the night before at the "H Inn" which cost me double.

Good stay
Overall it was a good stay. The room was very small. My kids slept on the sofa bed and we kept waking them up due to the having to go through their area to get to the bathroom. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

I gathered that this hotel has changed ownership several times over the past few years. It is now a Rodeway Inn & Suites and appears to be owned and run by a family; not a corporate hotel. Our room was clean and the staff were all pleasant. While some renovations have been done to the facility by one of the owners, there is still more to do. Our room could've used a fresh facelift with some paint. Lastly, there was no breakfast, only coffee.
