We stayed at this property specifically because of the pool amenity. However the pool was closed during our stay. This was not mentioned on the website and when we arrived the desk clerk said the pool was really busy the day before and it wasn't properly cleaned. Well it never got cleaned and my daughter was highly upset because that was the whole reason we chose a hotel with a pool. Very disappointing.

As mentioned the usage of the pool with the chemical balance for the safety of all our guests we needed to attend to, there are many types of chemicals from attire, hair products and body lotions that have impacts beyond our control that require remediation. I was disappointed in this hotel, for the amount I paid this hotel it should have been cleaner. The whole 4th floor smelled like Marijuana very strongly & it was coming into my room. The walls in my room were filthy with black marks all over them, there was a huge stain on the headboard, my pillows stunk & had hair on them. I went home exhausted from the lack of sleep I got because of how loud it was from ignorant people in other rooms.

The staff was very pleasant. However, the first room we got the bathtub wouldn't drain. The second room we got the electrical outlets in the bathroom and nightstand didn't work. When we reported it they said it was probably just a breaker, but it never got fixed the next two days we were there.

Overall, the property was good. But our toilet did not flush and the maintenance guy was gone for the day. Had to use the public toilet on the main floor. The next day he re-set the flush valve on the toilet but it quit again the morning we were checking out. I believe he should have changed the valve the first time, not just re-set it.

The rooms were dirty and the maid didn't visit once during our 5 night stay. I got food poisening off the breakfast bar, which was also dirty.

The lobby and food area were nice along with the hallways. As for the room, not so much. While the room was clean overall it was very worn for newer hotel. The walls were extremely scuffed and a few rust spots in the tub. When the air kicked on it smelled like urine. Staff was excellent. Not sure I will stay here again. The rooms were noisy, not like how I rememberHapmton’s being, quite . It’s busy a walking trail so that was convenient as we travels with our pup.

Nice place
Good location. Super comfy pillows and beds. Nice lobby. A bit pricey for the area, though. Front desk people were nice and welcoming, but when we asked for a change of sheets for one of our beds, they just delivered a set of sheets. No pillowcases and no offer to change them for us. I guess that’s how service is since COVID????

Hotel is in good condition. Staff are friendly. The bed was not super comfortable. The breakfast was gross. It was expensive given the location and quality of hotel. Overall good stay.
