I like that it's a pet friendly property. That is why we go there. However, the room, carpets and other areas of the property were visibly dirty. The faucets, both shower and sink, were leaking and made a mess. Had to eat my breakfast cereal with a fork because they had no spoons. Both of these were brought to staff members' attention. They did not seem concerned. Slamming doors in hallways and auxiliary entryways all night. We had a party of 7 and all agreed it was a subpar stay.

My three day stay was terrible. Management was rude and not very helpful. My room had crazy ants in it and when I switched to the other room it had roaches and ants. I will not be staying here unless there is new management.

The staff was great and most accommodating for my disability and my service animals. The rooms are great as always. The most AMAZING AND COMFORTABLE beds at LaQuintas! A very excellent breakfast! Very pleased.

Breakfast was horrible, food not cooked all the way. Friendly staff and good location to St.Louis. There is very restaurants at this exit for a good meal.

We were ripped off
I had taken out the extra insurance in case an illness happened, and we had to leave early. We were still charged for Saturday even though my sister was in so much pain that we had to leave.

I liked the fact that it was directly beside the police/sheriff's office in the area we needed to stay. It made me feel safer in an area I knew very little about.

It got the job done.
Staff was really nice and welcoming. The bath tub was not the cleanest, there was hair in it from the last visitor i am assuming. The only other complaint i have, is not the business' fault but it smelled like someone was smoking Marijuana in the hallway. I had small kids and this hotel is supposed to be smoke free.

Booked this room based on reviews of cleanliness, but they must have been speaking of another hotel. The dresser and side tables had dried up stuff on them, the blankets on one bed had a big, brown stain, towels were stained and the restroom was moldy with rust all over the drains and the tub. I don’t think the room had been used in a while because when we started using the bathroom sink, a sewage smell started coming out of the drain. The smell did resolve on its own and I just wiped everything down myself. The bed was very uncomfortable and was collapsing in one side, making it hard to sleep. I had to fold my pillow in half it was so flat. While all of this was frustrating, it did not compare to the attitude I received when asking for an extra pillow from the front desk for the 2nd night of our stay. I was asked to clarify my request, was told I already had 3 on the bed and that they don’t have extra pillows. I informed her I knew what I had, but the pillows were horrible. She came back and informed me she could only find one. I would not recommend staying, go to any of the other 4 hotels on the same road.

The staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful. However, there were dirty towels in the restroom, the remote to the tv did not work and i soptted a bedbug on one of the beds in the room.

They didnt say that they dont except cash app at all even if you book through expedia at all ..and the front desk person was hell rude when i was trying to explain that they should put that on thier website cause the other hotels that are the same took our cash app in Utah and California with no problems at all but when i tryed to do it there they simply turned us down and told us that we has to call you guys to get our money back since we couldnt stay there..so yeah i wouldn't want to stay here at all if they was like that ..

This is the 3rd La Quntia weve stayed in and this was by far the nicest. Beds were comfy. Quiet. Pool was feeezing but there. Breakfest was good!

The pros : Convenient bed & pillows. Clean Price is good. The Cons: Noisy. Loud banging of doors in the morning. No Ice in the ice maker at our floor. The operator needs to improve her service. Breakfast offered till 9am only. They should extend it to 10am as most hotels.

Check in was fine, staff was friendly. Our room “appeared” clean. A severe storm came through and knocked out power. After the room became warm, it smelled really bad. Also noted the carpet was nasty, very sticky. The chair at the desk was broken. I was not offered any compensation for not having electricity, which could have been avoided if there were emergency generators. We were unable to take showers and be presentable for a function we were attending. Also, the housekeeping staff helped their selves to gourmet cookies my daughter bought, while we were in the process of taking belongings to the car at checkout time.
