Property is already closed. Couldnt checkin. Had to find another place. Need a refund and compensation for inconvenience.

Baymont was closed when we arrived. There was one staff left who was cleaning out the refrigerator. We went there because we had previously loved it!

My apologies. It wasn’t supposed to be possible to book our hotel as we are closing permanently. Something happened and Expedia was temporarily able to sell our rooms. Unfortunately our system wouldn’t permit us to check you in. We hope that was the only negative experience during your vacation. Stay safe!

They wouldn’t give me back my money due to a family emergency. I say the customer service and understanding of a situation should have been take into consideration.

Yolanda,When you purchase a non-refundable and non-cancelable reservation you are locking in a lower rate but taking the risk you won't be able to get your money back if you can't make it unexpectedly. Now you can buy trip insurance with your reservation to mitigate that risk but typically that negates any savings.A slightly more expensive reservation that has free cancellation may be a better option for you if you're willing to chance your odds of everything going smoothly and making the reservation but you are still frustrated and upset when your plans are altered outside of your control.We absolutely understand your frustration and sympathize. However, just like you are contractually bound to the terms and agreements you made with Expedia when you booked the reservation we are also contractually obligated to follow terms and agreements. Our hands are tied when it comes to prepaid reservations. We hope everything works out with your family emergency and that you're able to have a little get away when everything is resolved.

It was a great deal for what we needed, convenient location, comfortable beds and enjoyed the fresh waffle, yogurt and pastries included for breakfast.

The reviewer kept booking another reservation to extend his stay, 6 reservations in total. He was unable to use the last one as one of the guests in the room started smoking in the room in front of the manager. We are a non smoking hotel and asked them to leave and kept the smoking fee.

The Staff was friendly , when I encountered them. The property was much smaller than I expected. Although for the price it was adequate. I stayed during a fast moving snowstorm, which brought in several travelers. The hotel ran smoothly and provided for us all.

Very clean very nice staff pool and hotub area great. Only complaint is pool most likely too srong on some chemicals as the chlorine smell permeated the building and being related to a professional pool keeper that should not be the case.

Very nice room. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Hot tub was heated well and both pool and hot tub were clean. Very well maintained!!!! I would give this place 11 stars out of a 10 star rating.

For a two star rated hotel it sure lived up to that rating. It would have been nice to know before hand, on any website that I looked at this hotel from, that there is a $250 accidental hold. We had to use another card for this hold and we were given a hard time about that and received no room service the whole trip, even when we asked for more towels to be put in the room they were just handed to us at the desk, while we were trying to leave to get dinner. The “main person” who was working the front desk was so rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. We will never be coming back here and do not recommend anyone go there. There are plenty of hotels nearby; go to one of those ones instead.

Our only requirement for the card you put the incidental on is that it must match the guest name on the reservation and ID. I apologize for any confusion.

The woman who checked me let me know that Experian had overbooked the room and to give her a few minutes to see what she could work out. was able to get me an accessible room which I had reserved. She was back at work when I went down for breakfast and she made sure that I was able to access everything since I was in my wheelchair. She is a great asset to Baymont and the Wynddom Corporation.

The property was clean and staff were excellent. There is a $250 deposit when you check in but it’ll be refunded after you check out. The pool was a bit small but still good! The only issue is that the pool room and the water stunk like sewage (which could’ve been from the family that was in there when we entered) and there were a few hairs on our pillows. Other than that, amenities were great and the room was spacious. The staff showed great attention to detail and everything seemed to be cleaned often. I’ll definitely go here again!

Aside from the wifi not keeping connected, this was a great Wyndham property. Out of the 3 hotels in this trip this was byfar the best. Id def recommended and would stay again.
