Great place and service
Looks like a typical motel but much cleaner/nicer than expected. The welcome-snack-bag was a nice touch. The Italian bistro a block away and the taproom across the street were great too

Beautiful view, nature treated us with a rainbow! Rooms updated, clean, and we received a generous bag of snacks and fruit for our stay. Was unexpected and very much appreciated! Would highly recommend

I needed a room near Colorado Springs for 4 days but did not want to be in the loud vibe of the busy city. This little place is just West of I-25 and in Old Colorado City, A National Landmark. The street it is on is just wall to wall outside cafes, quaint shops if every genre and just fun to walk and window shop. The Hotel is older but they have done a wonderful job refurbishing it. As soon as I checked in I received a bag with an apple, banana, cookies, muffins and roasted peanuts. Very pleasant owners and my room was large and clean. I would highly recommend this little place

Pleasant, practical, close to so much beauty.
Older motel, but very pleasant. They gave you snacks. Not luxurious, but practical and clean.

The room was very clean and big. The owner was very friendly and generous with a snack bag and water when we arrived. Beds are a little too firm for my liking but accectable for 1 night.

We stayed here with my family for a night after our long hike in Garden of the Gods. It was a comfortable, clean, and convenient place. The bed was comfortable, linens were remind me of home. Thank you so much to the owner / staff.They gave us snack bags upon check-in. This is a great deal!

Solid value. The bed was comfortable, and the room was generally quite clean - if the old office chair were replaced I would have no complaints. Shower had hot water and good pressure. AC as powerful as you need it. Hard to avoid ~6am noise from motorcyclists getting an early start, but that's more the location's fault than anything.

Perfect get away!
We had an amazing stay. Room wasn't quite ready upon check in but we didn't mind. It was fully cleaned, extremely friendly service and they looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed! We will be back!

Exactly what we needed at the price we wanted.
What a little gem! My family and I stayed over Labor-Day weekend, and we loved how clean it was! It was close to what we needed, and the service was top notch! We came in well after midnight, and our key was waiting for us in the lock box. The next day, we were provided a little "gift bag" with some goodies! We definitely will stay here again!

Great walkable location in Old Colorado City dining / shopping area. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. This will be my goto when visiting Colorado Springs.

Checked in after dark and I was terrifed to stay here. Had a guest watch me walk from the office to my car and then get out of his car stand next to the stairs where my room was. Got in my car and left, never even went to my room. Homeless people lurking everywhere. The owner was very pleasant. the property may be different when the sun is up.

The Motel manager was personable and kind, and provided each of us with a bag full of breakfast goodies for the next morning, which we weren't expecting. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom area. The location is in a busy part of Old Colorado City but the room had good soundproofing and there is ample parking. An excellent stay for the price!

It was well priced and in the right area. Staff was kind and friendly.. You can tell its in the old part of town. Which I personally like. Do note however that it is on a strip that people cruise so its kinda noisy. I would definitely stay there again.

I really like the location and the local businesses close by. Many dining choices that are within walking distance. Many choices in Dining within 3-4 minutes in the car. The bath room looked brand new and shower head pressure was great.

Very clean rooms.... Staff was friendly and nice... upgraded our room for no extra costs and gave each person a bag filled with food to enjoy!

Nice Motel in Colorado Springs
It is evident that the owner cares about his business and customers. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quaint, but appeared recently remodeled. It had everything that I needed for a few days stay. The motel is very close to attractions like Garden of the Gods and is a short walk from historic downtown Colorado Springs. Overall I was pleased with my stay and would consider staying here again if I revisit the area.

Very good for a 1 night stay. Got in pretty late but that was no issue. Showed that breakfast was provided but received a gift bag of a couple treats and that was "breakfast"
