The views from the B&B are fantastic. The hosts are down to earth and welcoming. Our room had a sauna and after 9 hours of driving it was a good way to relax.

Location is great, owner was extremely accommodating and took all proper precautions to keep all guests safe, including wearing a face mask, spacing out seating, and had hand sanitizer and lysol within in easy reach through out common areas. Best BnB's I've been to.

Excellent and Amazing!
The setting was amazing with great views. Awesome "extras" provided by Ron, the owner. Ron is very kind, helpful and one absolutely fantastic cook! Everything was well maintained, and it was just overall an excellent stay. I'd recommend this to anyone, and I'll definitely do it again!

Feel right at home here. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and Ron is very accommodating.

Beautiful surroundings inside and out!
Beautiful view and a gracious host. We only stayed for one evening, but wish we would have spent more time with Ron in this beautiful B&B. Great made to order breakfast and he worked around our flight schedule. Thank you so much!

Nice place
Beautiful place with a friendly host in an outstanding location. We did not take full advantage of the majesty that is Pikes Peaks Paradise. Speaking only of our room rises and thorns were as follows: super comfortable beds, low shower pressure, construction in the room (like the base board around the hot tub etc.) made it feel unfinished, and to complete my compliment sandwich - the room was really quiet, we slept so good!

However, this seemed like the best deal in Woodland Park, and we decided to give it a try. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I booked it for the location and breathtaking views, but Ron was an unexpected bonus, the consummate host. He possesses a natural instinct for assessing each of his guests and providing the correct measure of friendliness and interest, without being overbearing. He made us feel as welcome in his home as lifetime friends and he provided every comfort one would expect during a stay. We anticipated a freshly cooked breakfast, but we woke each morning to waffles, various quiches, hash browns, sausages, coffee, juice, and smoothies. He outdid himself and made certain that we were well fueled for the day's activities. I heartily recommend Pike's Peak Paradise for the stunning location, waking to Pike's Peak in a cool climate, and the exceptional host who makes you feel welcome in his home.

My stay Pikes Peak Paradise was an awesome experience. This beats staying in a regular hotel. You have great view of Pikes peak as soon as you walk in. My room had a personal bathroom, balcony, and 2 person hot tub. It did snow overnight through the morning which made my stay extra special. I would recommend to have a 4X4 or big vehicle as the road is a little rough especially when it snows or rains. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very good. I will be going back again! Thank you for a great experience especially with this being the first time staying at a B&B.

Wow! Spectacular view of Pikes Peak
Spectacular view, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My breakfast was made to order. Very secluded and only 10 minutes to town. Make sure you have all wheel or 4 wheel drive going up and down the mountain. The owner very pleasant and friendly. Chances are you will see wild life, deer and maybe a fox.

Pikes Peak B&B an experience to compare all others
From the moment I stepped into the B&B it felt like home only so much better. Ron was a true and gracious host and made me want to move to Pike's Peak, just so I could experience his hospitality year-round. I have never stayed at a B&B and Ron has set the standard of what I intend to expect from all B&B's in the future.

Comfy spot near Woodland Park
PPP was a comfortable perch overlooking Pikes Peak. It felt like home and Ron is a very gracious host. The views are amazing and make this spot so special. Breakfast was amazing too.

Amazing accommodation and view.
Even though PPP is well away from town, you can't get those views anywhere else! Amazing view of Pikes Peak. Ron is an excellent innkeeper and the inn is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing every day. The room was well appointed and the atmosphere luxurious yet welcoming.

Stunning!
From the moment you drive up till the moment you leave, you will be in love with Pikes Peak Paradise. Ron had every thing taken care of when we got there. The Jacuzzi tub was filled and warmed, the chocolate covered strawberries were the perfect touch! We had plenty of privacy and plenty of relaxation. The view is just beyond words, so amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean. Ron was very accommodating with our Breakfast time. We had to get up extra early the next morning to take the train up to pikes peak. Ron had breakfast ready with plenty of time to spare. We will definitely be back.

No locks on windows, circular saw out front upon arrival, expired food, bnb owner was not home upon arrival, called to let know of arrival and was told we were the only ones staying there even though there were cars from missouri and illinois in front of house, barbed wire fence ran along property, state of the house was run down

Das Pikes Peak Paradise ist ein luxuriöses abgeschiedenes Bed and Breakfast in der Nähe von Woodland Park (ca. 30 Min. von Colorado Springs) auf 2.500 m Höhe gelegen. Ideal für romatische Getaways, aber auch als Single sehr entspannend. Mehrere thematische Suiten - die römische Suite hat bequeme Betten, Flachdisplay mit einer riesigen DVD-Sammlung, hochwertige Badprodukte und einen beheizten Whirlpool im Zimmer. Der Gastgeber Ron ist sehr nett und macht ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, was auch für Europäer geeignet ist. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine nicht asphaltierte verdichtete Bergstraße, ist aber so nicht allzu viel Schnee liegt auch ohne Allradantrieb problemlos machbar. In jedem Fall entschädigt ein super Ausblick über den Bergwald auf den Pikes Peak (Höhe 4300 m).

No regrets, great place and hospitality.
Our stay was too short. Pretty much only slept and then left in the a.m. before breakfast (a fruit and yogurt breakfast was prepared and waiting in the fridge!) The view is spectacular. I am very picky about where I stay and I was happy. My fiancé had some reservations about staying there but she is already talking about going back, she loved the décor and ambiance. It's a place that makes me want to grab a book and read on the back patio all day, and I'm a hiker!

Spectacular View. Incredible Comfort.
We were absolutely blown away with the quality and comfort of our room. We went expecting a nice place to stay during our day trip to Colorado Springs, and got a absolutely first class experience. Ron, who is an extremely talented host/chef/designer, gave us a tour of the whole place and every room was just as nice as ours. Everything I could have imagined and more, just wish we weren't so busy so we could have spent more time enjoying the room and the company.

True paradise
We have traveled all over the USA, and stayed at many B&B. it was a pleasant surprise to find this hidden treasure in our own backyard. VERY clean, outstanding views and gourmet food. We spent the night huddled in the room watching a magnificent storm roll across Pikes Peak, views I will never soon forget.

Amazing!
This was a great experience! This was our first B&B stay, and WOW...was it awesome! Ron is a great host, he was very accommodating. The views are breathtaking...you look out at Pikes Peak all day! We woke up one morning to a 10-point Mule Deer eating wild flowers next to our private deck! The drive up to the location was a breeze. We ran into Woodland Park for a good dinner two times and the Springs for site seeing with ease. Overall, a must stay if you arein the area with the time. We will never forget it!

Special Setting for Any Occasion -- Or None At All
Although we experienced some very minor maintenance and comfort issues, they were completely overridden by the beauty of this bed and breakfast, both inside and out. The food was wonderful, and Ron made us feel extremely welcome and completely pampered. Sitting on the porch and gazing at the view, the wildlife, and the ever-changing sky connected us to the incomparable essence of Colorado. Our stay was physically and mentally restorative, and this is a get-away I recommend to couples and singles alike . We suggest a 4-wheel-drive for the easiest access year-round -- but still, we made it in our little Saturn Ion without any lasting trauma. And while you're there, plan a meal at the Swiss Chalet in Woodland Park, with the best service we've encountered anywhere in the world for the last many years.

What a fantastic place in a beautiful setting. Ron was the perfect host! Our fabulous room had a very comfortable bed and plush robes. The hot tub in the room was filled and ready to use. A gourmet breakfast was the perfect start to a gorgeous day. We will definitely stay here again!!

Picturesque and Poise
This was a five star B&B. That went above a B&B expectations. My husband and I frequent many Manitou and Woodland Park B&B's and would return here in an instant! The service was great, food phenomenal and the location and home was beyond compare. Note**. This is a remote location**. Which is what makes it so splendid.

Great place with great views and service!
My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. The B&B has the best views of Pikes Peak, both from our room and from the main room and dining area. The breakfast was top-notch! There were many extra amenities, such a fridge of soft-drinks, beer, and wine, desserts set out, tons of DVDs and CD's, plush robes, and more. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
