Most of the staff were very sweet, one lady was less than nice. But overall the hotel was nice and safe. Would stay here again

Enjoyed my stay, however I feel hotels should clean daily, we were traveling with 2 kids and had to get towels and toilet paper due to only cleaning after the rrd day.

We had a decent stay. Things that could be involved: better quality pillows. The pillows flatten out as soon as you lay on it. The pool was supposed to be heated up to 82 degrees but it never got warmer than 60-70’s. The soundproofing could be better. We could hear other people knocking on doors or talking in the hallway.

It was fine. Our room was nice and updated. We must have been right next to the kitchen because we could hear everything including people just outside our window and bass from music at 630am. The heater also made a horrible squealing all night. Pool.was far away and just ok. Breakfast was fine. Staff was nice

Great stay
Just stayed here for one night, but the hotel was wonderful and the staff was as well. We hung out at the hotel bar and our bartender was quite amazing. She was a gem! Also the hotel shuttle got us to the airport in time.

Perfect for our stay
Clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice large pool for my kids to swim in too. Wish it were a tad warmer, but it was almost -20 outside so can’t complain about the warmth too much. The complimentary breakfast was nice too.

Myself and my two kids traveled to Colorado Springs because one of my kids is being stationed in Colorado Springs. We stayed two nights at the Radisson, the service from the first day was outstanding the room was plenty big enough and Bistro Colorado is the restaurant in the hotel and food was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Wonderful!
Had a wonderful time. Hotel was welcoming. Staff was very friendly, informative, and kind. The breakfast was great, especially the French toast. We asked if it was going to be served and the hostess said she would ask if the cooks would make it the next day. They did have it and it was wonderful! Lauren was the hostess and she was so attentive and helpful. Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect! Not sure how anyone can give this plane a low rating! From the staff, dining staff, shuttle staff, and graveyard staff it was perfect! Definitely will be back. It was good except food and a $50 pet deposit we were not made aware of. As we check out the told us they added it to the bill.
