There is basically nothing really bad about this Comfort Inn, accept that the facility is aging. We stayed here last year and it seemed a lot older and outdating this year. Comfort Inn, time to upgrade this one!!!

The room smelled a bit like a locker room. It needed some things replaced in the bathroom. Everything felt damp. Maybe a good humidifier would help.

Great hotel
Great hotel close to interstate and food places. Wasnt here long just attended a party needed to get dress and a couple hrs of sleep.

Not so good
Rooms not cleaned throughly ( hair ok shower wall, empty 2 liter of soda in the fridge, yellow on back of toilet behind seat. 1 ice machine and it didn’t work, both side doors locks were broken and opened without needing a key card. Beds were hard as a rock.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful!! However after checking in we learned there was no water in the hotel. Water main break in area. So the hotel should not have been marked as available! It did come on during the night but we couldn't get showers nor flush the toilet. I want a partial refund for this inconvenience.

I can only go by the room I had: It was a little disaster in there. Sink stop broken, towel racks broken, shower curtain brace broken shower bars loosen. On top of all that; a roach ( not the smokable kind)! Shaked, rattled, and rolled my things up outta there..

The hotel itself seemed fine. Upon moving into my room, there was a large bug in the refrigerator. Friends were staying two doors down and were relocated without question, when they discovered bed bugs. No thank you.

The Bad: 1. AC did not work well. Difficult to get room cool on lowest setting. 2. Tub floor was very slippery, actually dangerous to take a shower. 3. Bathroom faucet dripped. The Good: 1. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy. 2. Room was very clean and quiet on my side of the building. No signs of bugs. 3. Breakfast was good and well prepared. Breakfast area was very clean.

When I arrived the front desk Lady was as sweet and hospitable as can be! She was very nice. Once I went to the room I seen a roach at the first bed. When I went to cut the AC on a roach was in it and 1 on the curtain and at the wall.. the chair was stained very badly as well.. I went to the lady at the front desk and she was very apologetic! She give me the address to send the pics of the roaches. She told me that she had reached out to her manager and from the smells of it while I was out at the funeral home (the reason I’m here ) they came in and sprayed bug spray.. before returning I went and got some bug spray as well as Lysol.. but because I booked with Expedia they couldn’t assist me on any kind of discount or refund..

upon entering the room it had a foul mold scent. When I Spoke to management regarding my our concerns she wanted to put us into another room which would have been a huge inconvenience because we were already pressing for time and all of our things were already unloaded. I called the general assistant manager on 09/11/23 because she was not available until then. I I had a conversation with her about our experience but the only thing that she was concerned about was giving us any type of refund. She hung up on me and refused to answer a business line. I took pictures because they should have never put us inside of that room when she admitted that there was a water leak right above us. Not to mention another guest stated the halls smelled like mold also. For these reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will also be contacting DHEC

This place needs an updating. Bathroom tub had a big dark spot. Fixtures and granite have seen better days. Carpet old and dirty. Breakfast could use a better selection. Overall not great.

I will never stay here again… unfortunately the other property in this area was booked up. But my room wasnt clean, its an old hotel and the tub, floor and room wreaked of smoke and I asked receptionist if they had another room, was last one so she gave me lysol. Staff was nice.. hotel was not..
