When guests have a "do not disturb" on the door such as yours did, our housekeeping team will respect that and will not refresh your room. We hope you will stay with us again soon.

I apologize for the missing items in our public areas; our porter cleans these areas daily, and we will investigate this further to see that it doesn't happen again.Our washer is awaiting a service call from the repair center, which we hope will happen after the new year. Thank you for the feedback. The fee is fairly standard at all IHG properties. Many guests do not understand the cleaning we must do when a guest with a pet leaves the property. The entire room must be deep-cleaned, shampooed, etc., and it takes multiple staff members to get this accomplished compared to a regular check out. For the health and safety of the next guest after you, the room must undergo cleaning procedures that take hours.Pets also have done damage to our rooms including where we have had to replace all of the carpet and pieces of furniture. We hope you understand that the fee is not simply a fee.
