The folks at the desk were very nice. Upon arriving though, they said the room I reserved was not available. They offered a single bed handicapped room with a pull out bed. If I wasn't so tired from driving and the weather weren't so bad I would have not excepted it and tried to find another hotel. There were no blankets or pillows for the pullout bed. Since we were so tired we dealt with it. The traffic noise was very bad being next to the interstate, so we kept the fan on the AC running to block some of it out. Although it was marked as Non-smoking room, it reeked of a cigarette smell. The walls were thin and I think the heavy footed person up stairs paced their room half the night. The Television did not work also, but it didn't matter for we just needed to rest. I am glad it was only for one night and I would not recommend anyone stay there until they do some upgrades and repairs. Once again, the staff we encountered were very nice and very apologetic, but it doesn't account for the price we paid for the room we got. 1/29/ 2020
