Economically a very good decision. I have chosen this location close to the airport with easy access to the freeway allowing me easy access to all parts of the city.

We came all the way into town from South Bend, Indiana for our son's football event at Ohio Dominican University, so obviously it was a very late night check in...Once we got into our hotel room, it was absolutely disgusting from stains on the floor, the previous guests hairs in the bathroom floor to the inside the bathtub and sbower area...In the room, it looked outdated and not up to par and looked nothing like their web page pictures...The room had extension cords throughout for plugins which seems a hazard to me....Did not feel comfortable at all in the facility and did not sleep well due to the conditions...We woke up early for our check out and was hoping to feed the kids before we headed out to campus as the hotel states thay breakfast starts at 7:00AM for guests, as of right now we are currently at McDonald's at 7:52AM due to no breakfast at hotel that was ready for any guests to eat...How can you offer amenities for guests and not follow through...Never again will I ever be back to this place...It was the most awful and disgusting hotel I've been in...

We are being remodeled starting in May. I'm so sorry about the breakfast not being ready. It was a last-minute issue we could not control. As soon as I arrived, I started on the breakfast so again I'm very sorry things happened the way they did.

Dont stay here. Cane here with my family for Springbreak by way of Lexington KY. We had to wait because there wasnt a clean room at check in time. A male staffer advised the young lady at the front desk to override the dirty room he check and it was clean, so they put us in a roo. With a filty tub hair all in the bathroom. Not to mention the pool was closed, my kids were so sad. It was paid so decided to continue my stay but it will be my first a d last with Country inn and Suites! Oh yeah no clean wash clothes available and in our room we only had 1 🙄

There were no bathroom linens in the room. We had to ask for them. The sink was dirty.Two sachets of coffee one decaf one caffinated. Breakfast was a joke, 3 slices of wheat bread. No muffins, bagels, English muffins. No cream or Milk for the coffee other than powdered creamer. Sweeteners no sugar. No milk for cereal. No yogurt and no fruit. I know it was a pretty cheap night but this is embarrassing to Radisson Hotels.

it was a good place in general, well situated, but small details were ennoying: keys not working, no shower curtain in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good.

Reason stayed here was for the pool and the pool was down. Pump broke. Check in girl was amazing and very very helpful.

Very run down property. Came to area for the weekend. Only stayed one night at this property and switched hotels. Staff very unfriendly. I waited over 10 minutes at front desk while checking in because front desk clerk was outside smoking. Bed is terrible, pillows even worse.

I did not stay at this hotel, because of overbooking by Expedia. The hotel lobby was extremely small and rather unkempt. The parking facility was extremely difficult in an attempt to park to solve the problem. I experience that night to even enter the facility lobby. I would not stay at this hotel.

The hotel was decent for the price however the staff was not very helpful, and the “free” breakfast was absolutely awful. The gentleman services the breakfast was so nice and friendly but the options were basically nothing. Room was fine but the sink would not drain and the window was open when we came in as it was 30 degrees outside.

The staff were super friendly and willing to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. The hotel itself was decent however the hallways and parking lot could use a little attention. The halways need to be vacuumed more while the parking lot could use a through cleaning. Way to many cigarette butts everywhere and the trash cans were overflowing.

If you have a “good looking car” or a “valuable looking car” you will get robbed and staff and security will just ask what you want them to do about it, also the security cameras have a horrible picture and can’t make out a picture

Their system was down and we waited over an hr and couldnt check in. Some people were waiting longer than us, and the manager only said he doesn't know when it eill work and walked outside to smoke. We left and found another hotel. They called 3 hrs later and said they were back up and that we will be charged a cancellation fee. I took it up with Expedia
