All staff members are extremely pleasant and friendly and helpful. Very clean Kick Back was filling and the drinks were delicious

Very convenient for convention goers. Even if not, go to the food court in convention center anyway for cheap good food options. Try the pizza in the bar/restraurant in lobby; very good and very low price.

In town for a hockey game. Great location. Super clean and modern. Free beers and dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. Highly recommend for families. Will stay here again!o lol

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Only complaint was that the pool/hot tub area was overrun by kids from open to close and my teenagers and I didn't get any time to enjoy it.

It was convenient for the concert. My toilet was running for five hours overnight. The breakfast had a great selection but not very good. But the soda pop was a great idea

Stayed on the 8th floor and the room was clean. Elevator usage very busy in the mid morning but tolerable. Bar was very nice. Easy walk to Nationwide.

The property is close to a lot of restaurants and the convivence of the convention center is nice especially when the weather is not great.

One of the best stays I have ever had at a hotel. Staff was excellent from front desk, hospitality and housekeeping. Manager was a true leader and greeted guests during hospitality hours. Parking was secure and easy to navigate. Truly a great experience!

Super family friendly, updated and welcoming. Staff were wonderful and we had a really nice night vacationing in our own city. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean and look like they were recently remodeled. There were plenty of food and drink options for us and the pool/hot tub was a blast.

The Drury Hotel was a really nice hotel. Every single staff member from the check-in clerk to the breakfast staff to the evening Manager's hour staff, were all friendly and so easy to approach for anything. The hotel is huge and very clean, walkable to the Nationwide Arena and to many bars around the area. Easy to drive in and out of the area. Definitely would recommend staying at the Drury if in the Columbus area.

We loved our stay here. The staff was beyond friendly and attentive; we had so many food options all day and we loved the location and how easy and accessible the arena district was for us. The pool and hot tub were amazing too. We will definitely be back with our family.

The hotel was great! The 5:30 kickback dinner also comes with free alcoholic beverages, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was excellent as well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and decorated tastefully. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay
The suite was spacious and clean. Happy Hour/buffet were great, lots of variety. Staff were nice and hard working. Food serve in the Kitchen/Bar was slow but we were there during a very busy volleyball tournament weekend.
