The staff was extremely friendly without being overly so- it's an older looking property so the bathroom could have been much cleaner- should have been a breakfast/coffee bar each morning but only saw one my last day- could use some help in transportation- recommended taxi service unreliable and sketchy

I love staying here, the Staff does an Excellent job! I have to come to town for my business and they allow pets. The place is clean with a continental breakfast and great coffee. It is great for quick trips and close to everything I need. Thanks for always making me feel special.

Poor condition but great staff
Shower leaked and was ziptied to the shower head. Fridge leaked. Bed was hard says covered in pee resistant plastic. Blankets were thin/too small for the bed. Pillows were flat. Furniture generator run down. One of the drive burners did not work. Side door had key reader but did not actually lock. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice.

Unit was filthy at checkin. Asked to be cleaned and told housekeeping gone. Requested cleaning next day but was never done. Refrigerator not in working condition nor was the stove which resulted in wasting $200 in groceries. No manager on duty entire stay.

Its good as a 65 dollar motel. The rooms have several physical issues but its safe the water works. My room had one light fixture that majorly flickered. Multiple damage spots in the room barely repaired. The kitchen in my room looked rough but I only came to Columbus for Twin Peaks so it did not impact me but the fridge looked beat up in 128

The room was freezing with no extra blankets. There were no USB ports or extra plugs available to charge cellphone. The mattresses felt like you were laying on a concrete slab!!! The desk clerk informed us that the availability of breakfast items were slim because the hotel was waiting on a shipment to stock those items.

Well i was booked for the Best Western and i booked the wrong date. So i had to find something Quick. Outside was nice Staff was friendly. Got to my room and it hadnt been cleaned yet so the nice lady put me in another room. Room was ok. Refrigerator could be updated. Bed was hard. The air was cold the way i liked it.

Amy at the front desk is absolutely the best. I stay at this hotel often as my office is down the street. She always remembers me, makes me feel so welcome, and does a great job. She is the main reason I keep coming back!

Rooms are outdated at best. The refrigerator in our room was rusted. AC unit was so loud that we couldn’t even use it when sleeping. The drawers and carpet were filthy. Stairwells reeked of urine. Short staffing seems to be the main issue with the cleanliness of the room. The staff we did interact with was super helpful, polite and very clearly stretched thin. Just save yourself the headache, go next door to La Quinta and pay the difference.

The bathroom was extremely outdated. Tub could drain the water from the shower. Sink did not drain well. The commode seat was loose. The grounds around the property was not clean. You are welcomed by broken floor tiles at the entrance.

Not a bad stay at all pet friendly, quite and the room was clean. The only issue I noticed was the stairways inside seemed to be urinated on often which wasn’t pleasant to walk through.

Think twice before staying here
This is an older hotel and it showed. The carpets were badly needing a shampoo and steam clean. The windows were not locking due to a possible break in from the outside. looks like maintenance screwed some sort of devise into them just to keep them closed but there was still air leaks. The noise level was horrible inside and outside the hotel. We were told at check in that no animals were allowed but we heard dogs barking in the hotel at all hours. The vent in the bathroom had an inch thick of dust and dirt on it. The shower head was spraying water all over the bathroom so my husband used a plastic bag as a make shift teflon tape to seal it. (we told the front desk and she did not seem to care). We had to check out a coffee maker at the front desk and they do not provide any coffee or filters so we had to run the store for those last minute. The beds were comfortable and the A/C ran super cold which in the GA heat was nice. the breakfast they had was minimal and never seemed to be anything but oatmeal when we went up to get anything.

Property looks good in the photo, whole place smelled like weed, dirty room, smelled like onions, Not a clean environment.
